Maurices — Local services in Sevierville

My sister and I were at this location on 5/18/19 around 8:40 pm. The two employees there were very rude, didn’t offer to help just glared at us and turned off the music. My two year old needed to go to the bathroom and they refused to let my husband in to take her next door to tj max to go potty. My husband also had my card which I told her that and she still refused to let him in. She said they were closed and not allowed. I responded with well how am I supposed to buy the two dresses in my hand and Sandals if I can’t get to my card. She didn’t respond just walked away. Very poor services. What would have been a couple hundred dollars spent between my sister and I instead we walked away empty handed. I will not be shopping at this...

I took my wife in here to shop for Mother’s Day weekend and we were not greeted at the door, never asked if we needed a fitting room, and when we did ask she was very rude. Both employees in the store were standing behind the cash register texting not paying attention to any of the customers. When I checked out mentioned she was the store manager very sad.
