Palio's Pizza Cafe — Restaurant in Sherman

This review is based on delivery service of Palio’s. I thought my message to the owner and her phone call to me would solve issues, but her promise to follow up with me through a phone call was never done. The delivery man was very rude to my office, he didn’t speak when he came to deliver our order, which was over $100 and missing items, by the way, which we were never compensated for after I explained it to the owner. The delivery guy thrust the receipts at our office girl and said sign this, then huffed loudly and said no, not that one, sign this one! Lots of sighs from him like he was just aggravated to do his job and deliver our lunch. Not a thank you, not a goodbye, matter of fact he barreled out the door and came too close to shouldering me like he couldn’t get out quick enough. We won’t be ordering Palio’s for delivery again, and I hesitate to even go in anymore because I’m so aggravated. Another dept in our building ordered and the same guy delivered, he looked equally as thrilled. Delivery people need good people skills in order to get good tips. He had none. As rude as he was, he didn’t get tipped, either.

Office workers decided to try again, this is 6 months later. Over an hour after the call in and it’s still not ready. Coworker called the office to have read the orders off bc they messed up. Again. They will not get my business ever. Ridiculous and...

My family and I we’re so excited to try this place for the first time at the Sherman Tx location. We usually buy our pizzas from the frozen food section of grocery stores.

With this place having gluten free options for our girls we decided to try them out.

We ordered a small gluten free option for our girls which was $15 and a large pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra toppings was $24. With extra fees and taxes it came out to be a total of $49.

Sad to say, it was not good at all. We noticed the pizza had no sauce on it at all and was very dry and the vegetables was not authentic or fresh.

We had pizza from the frozen food section that was way better than this.

I would not recommend going back to this place for me and my family sake. They cut to many corners.

So sad because we we’re so excited to try this place out but were disappointed...

Let me tell you about being let down. I love good pizza and the taste was there. The crust ruined the overall product. I love thin crust(ny style) my favorite. I also like deep dish. So for me to say this crust was like a ¼" thin and as hard and dry as a biscotti. Take my word. It is quite unfortunate because the specialty pizzas they offer would be on point if they would use double the amount of dough. The chicken wings were tasty, only mild and a dry rub offered for flavors. Mozzarella sticks were pretty good to. I can say with certainty I will not be back for their pizza.
