McDonald's — Restaurant in Silverthorne

This is one of the worst mcdonalds in America to eat at for many reasons. It's so bad i am about to write a essay about everything. FIrst of all the management there are terrible especially a guy named Santy and Guarav. Santy might not seem mean to the customers but you should see how he takes advantage over his younger employees. I once saw Guarav using a whole bottle of axe in the back AKA (Shower in a can). Second of all they are very nasty at this Mcdonald's. I've never seen anyone wash their hands here. Every time I see the managers handling money at the cash register they never wash their hands even when they are about to handle food. There is a lot more about how nasty they are but i'd like to share the last reason. The last reason is that the managers think they are superior over everyone that works there. Although they are managers that doesn't mean they are better then the rest of their team. I always see the managers complaining to their staff but they aren't doing anything at all. These are the reasons why this Mcdonalds is the worst Mcdonalds in America. I will not be going to Mcdonald's until human resources can hopefully do something about it's management team and I know I am only one person but I hope to make this Mcdonald's...

FYI this location does not have a dollar menu so if you're traveling on a dime you might as well go to Burger King or Wendy's for what you're going to pay at this location . They do not offer any healthy sides no fruits no peanuts no salads. -I placed an order in the Drive-Thru and had forgot to order cheese on my husband sandwich which was the most expensive meal on the menu. When I pulled up the window to pay I asked them if they could put cheese on it they bluntly said "NO" any other location would have said yes and asked us to pull over to the side. I think the management team is more worried about their drive-through time then their customer service skills. Nobody in the building was wearing their face masks and Summit County IS a Red Zone!!! Every review I have tried to post on this the comments gets deleted and it goes back to 3 stars when I have only put one star on this property. Yes they have one of the nicest McDonald's buildings however the employees don't know what they're doing when it comes to cleanliness or personal hygiene or first and foremost customer...

Tried to order via the large touch screen. It froze on us. So much for faceless interaction. Ordered via register alive and breathing person. Even after they attempted to fix. Took 12 minutes to order food that normally takes 2 minutes with a real person. Almost $9.50 for a BIG MAC MEAL? Dang. Was shocked at the price. Could've got a real hamburger with bottomless fries at Red Robin for that. Big Mac was mildly cool sitting in the hopper way too long. Nasty and dry meat (at least I think it was meat). Restaurant was very dirty and with napkins/straws and lids all over ground. 2 Tables had ketchup spills and food crumbs on it. Another 3 tables looked similar and not wiped down in a few hours. Generally, messy, unsanitary and I'm thinking, woah, I'm in here dropping $45 to feed a family of four and so all other families. How have we all been "hoodwinked" to drop a near $50 at this McDonald's, let alone...
