Don Nacho’s Café — Restaurant in Solvang

Worst experience ever! The guy who was taking my order stopped taking order and started taking order over phone 3 times and only stopped until I said politely “do you want me to call you to take the order or will you take my order here?” Anyways, he took the order but when I said I am sharing food with friends and asked for 2 extra plates, he immediately said, we have limited extra plates so he will see what he can do! He only agreed to give plates when I asked to refund my order if the restaurant is unable to provide basic things!

Picked up a bunch of food for the family, I live in Solvang and had never tried this place. I wish I would have come in sooner! It will now be my “go to” place for Mexican Food in the valley. I fed 6 people on 75$ and had a beer while waiting. Great prices, the tacos are fantastic, the burritos aren’t huge like other places, but for 12$ what more do you want! Filled me up!

You walk in to a warm feeling of home. The owner is always warm and gracious, he serves you himself. Always order the chips and salsa. Always.

I had 4 street tacos, chicken, carne asada, carnitas and al pastor. Traditional size and style, served with cilantro and onions.

We also had the chicken fajitas. Good portions and great flavor on the meat as well as rice/beans.

Solid flavor on all food, fair prices and all different types of Mexican and local beers.
