This spot gets a solid 4★ from me. I’d bump it to 5★ if the flavors were more creative and the menu a bit more accommodating. The classics — chocolate, vanilla, caramel — are always nice, but I love when a shop surprises me. Think Grapefruit–Basil–Ginger, Apple–Cheddar, Rosemary–Fig, Chocolate–Chicory, Chocolate–Pear–Honey… there are literally thousands of ways to go beyond the usual suspects.
On top of that, a lot of us have to watch what we eat these days — less sugar, no dairy, fewer calories — and there weren’t any options for folks in that boat. Post-COVID, it’s pretty standard to see at least one non-dairy or reduced-calorie choice. Even grocery store brands like Halo Top, Nick’s, and Enlightened have made it the norm.

I got the single but it was definitely big enough to share. Thanks for continuing...

The parlor dips the waffle cones on order so the chocolate was fresh when we received our cones. My wife added sprinkles to her cone. We both ordered a single which were delivered with generous scoops. She wanted the toasted coconut chip but I was not adventurous and just ordered plain vanilla bean. Very yummy...
