I got a wallet there about a year ago and it started to come apart at a seem. The next time I was in the,area, I went in to see if I could buy a replacement. I spoke with the manager and showed him the wallet. They had a few in stock, as I was the register, I asked if I could get a discount. He shocked me by offering to take it back under warrenty. Few months ago, I ordered beautiful leather jacket from them, and within the month pocket of the jacket tore apart like a paper from normal wear. I have contacted customer service who got me in touch with Travis at Solvang location. Not only did they replace my jacket in record time, but Travis made sure to call me personally and took his time to make sure I know they are taking care of it and even explained how sometimes leather gets overworked and this thing happen. My replacement jacket has no problems, I love it and what I love the most is personalized, kind customer service that is so rare these days....
