Came here with my sister and we ordered drinks and a chocolate chip cookie. The drinks came out relatively quick, while it took the staff over 30 minutes (yes, THIRTY MINUTES FOR A BAKERY ITEM THEY JUST TAKE OUT OF THE CASE) for them to give us a simple cookie. Several people came, ordered and received BOTH their drinks and food items before us. I reminded staff that I was waiting for a cookie no less than 2 times that I was waiting for a cookie. I only received the cookie after having to just go up to a worker and demanding it because we simply couldn’t wait anymore due to being on a time crunch because we were visiting our brother at his school in the area. I’m aggravated just thinking of this experience and would leave several more bad reviews if I could. No apologies or anything either when we finally received what we paid for and had been waiting an exorbitant amount...
Read moreEvery time I’ve been staff has been really nice and only once has my order been wrong and they let me have both drinks. But I am writing today because of one nice lady who’s name I don’t know. She cashed us out and I got my drink (snickerdoodle hot cocoa, so good!) and we left to get breakfast sandwiches at a nearby place, the meanwhile my dog had decided he wanted a taste of my drink. The cashier recognized him and and asked if he decided he wanted something else. When he explained what happened, she said don’t worry about it you don’t have to pay. I just thought it was so kind of her to do even though it was nothing of her doing or mine, just the curiosity of any dog. If she sees this, thank you, it’s was so...
Read moreJust your average Starbucks, it’s not like anything is particularly bad about the food or drink. My only complaint about this location is 90% (really not exaggerating) of the time they put coffee into my son’s creme Frappuccino on accident. Primarily when we’ve ordered through Ubereats but they’ve done it more than a few times in person, too. I used to be able to type in a reminder on their app that the drink is for a child and not to add coffee (even though I really shouldn’t have to do this when the drink isn’t supposed to be made with coffee) but they’ve taken that away. Not sure what’s going on with their system but I hope someone working there sees this — it’s costing them money, not us, as Ubereats will refund us, but is causing my small child lots of disappointment when he can’t drink what was ordered while the rest...
