I ordered 3 pizzas online at 10:30 a.m. My pickup time was for 4:15 p.m. I thought this was a great because I'm tired after work and wanted a quick dinner option. We went to pick up our pizzas and that's when things went South. I told them I was there to pick up my order and showed them my order number. The kid at the register went looking through all of the racks for my order. He couldn't find anything. Then he wandered into the back and still couldn't find anything. Next he questioned if I had really ordered from their location. I showed him the printout from my online order with their address.I asked them if this was their store's address and they said yes. By then there were three employees standing there staring at me. The teenager looked through the many order slips by the register. Finally after standing there for over 10 minutes, one employee found my order slip. His comment, "Wow! I wonder how that happened." Basically they had goofed up and not made up my pizzas. I didn't get angry with any of them but light-heartedly made the comment, "You can throw in a free bread stick to make up for it." The person in charge only glared at me. So without saying a word to me, they started haphazardly throwing together my 3 pizza order. I couldn't believe that not one of the employees said that they were sorry they'd messed up my order. No one was friendly, no smiles, and especially no acknowledgment of their mistakes. It was terrible customer service! It was a very awkward experience. I recommend going to any other Papa Murphy's location than this one in South Jordan. They don't know how to treat their customers well, they mess up orders, and after all of that nonsense of 20+ minutes, the thrown quickly together pizzas' didn't taste that great. I know I'm only one customer, but if they treat other people this way they will soon have no customers. Yes, free bread sticks or cookie dough to compensate for my time would have been great, but a humble, "We're sorry," would have been even better. I left with nothing but a bad experience and...
Read moreI've started getting their crustless pizzas and I go on Tuesday which is now $12 any large. My issue is with pricing for the crustless pizza. I went 4 weeks ago and paid $10, which was less than I expected then 2 weeks ago I paid $12, which is what I expected. Yesterday I paid $14, when I asked about it they said it was because it considered a medium. So I'm paying more for a crustless medium than a large pizza. I wish they would put it on their menu so I can pay a consistent price instead of paying what the new clerk feels like charging. If this doesn't get consistent, I'll buy crustless pizza from a...
Read moreOur Granddaughter’s elementary school is having a fund raiser sponsored by Papa Murphy’s so we thought we would give it a try. We ordered two large 14” pizzas, the first was Papa’s Favorite with lots of meats and veggies, it was so yummy. The amount of toppings was impressive. Our second pizza was a Stuffed Crust Chicago Style, it was loaded with meats inside, this was a really nice surprise, we really enjoyed it as well. Because it is 2 complete crusts, one on top of the other, it bakes at a slower and lower temperature. It turned out great. I will definitely be making Papa Murphy’s one of...
