Terrible experience here with the staff, rude, no customer service skills. Lindsey was VERY RUDE. She had asked the customer in front of us to pull up their mask while ordering all while she HERSELF did not have her mask pulled up the way she was requesting the customer too. Seems like everyone in there was on a power trip and getting off on the idea of control rather than asking nicely for the supposed health standards. Very hypocritical of them to demand of their customers in which they aren't even doing themselves. No enthusiasm and made the food with an attitude as if they didn't care to make the experience positive. They purposely would fight with the doordashers and seemed like they were making those orders wrong and then using it as an excuse to ignore the customers in the store. Once again Lindsey was very unprofessional, had a terrible attitude with 0 customer service skills and talked to us like we were pests. The other guy (didn't get his name) but he was a heavier set guy with glasses who seemed to be a manager also had no customer service skills and treated us like we were nuisances when asked if we could add a drink to the order. There was a feminine hispanic male the last time we went in their who was also extremely rude with a smug attitude and gave us dirty looks before we had even made our way up to the food bar. On the other hand, a person who was enthusiastic, positive and with good character, overall good to us in our past experiences at this chipotle was a taller man. Wish I had gotten his name but he had dreadlocks and was super friendly and worked hard! The other guy another taller looking young man was also very helpful. Don't know if they are still employed there and if not then it is sad that they have lost or traded such great employees with great character and attitudes, as well as efficient work ethics for a docile mean staff. What a difference in contrast from great employees to the rude staff we experienced in what will be our last time in this store. Definitely will not be returning if this careless staff is still the face...

Line people in there are too flustered and canāt understand English or something beacuse everything I said - they grabbed opposite - made the burrito over 3 times due to allergies as they continued to remake the Order wrong every single time -even to the point I gave them my had written notes - from my ordering coworkers. Remade my order - then proceeded to charge me $40+ 3x! Showed them my bank notification of an approved transaction. They made their own jobs difficult as I had them remake whey needed to be correct . At this point I have created a line of 3 more people . The workers began to get flustered , messing up the burrito for the 4X! And charged me again ! This place need better management...

The manager then yells aggressively at another guy to come help, yet he hasnāt even greeted me. Then the other guy makes my order, in the process dropping something on the floor and picking it up then going right back to making the food. By the time Iām ready to pay, the manager/cashier suddenly had to use the bathroom. Then disappears and I was standing at the register for 5 minutes. I then walked out and left the food as the service was just horrendous. Especially from your āteam leaderā. He genuinely deserves to be fired or demoted.
