Five Guys — Restaurant in South Snyderville Basin

I have to honestly say I was highly disappointed. My husband and I went in yesterday @ 1pm and ordered a couple of burgers and it just wasn't anything close to what I have experienced previously. My burgers were very small, had thin broken sides, my mushrooms and onions were still pretty cold and not sautéed at all. The medium fries were about the size of a small. The place was a disaster. Most of the tables were dirty, the entry doors and windows were extremely dirty, the condiment center was gross with hardened fry sauce and ketchup in the dispenser. The mens bathroom door was covered in grease and there was at least 4 members working. Sadly, it wasn't even busy at the time. My daughter use to work here over the summer, so we came in quite regularly. When we did, the food was great and the place was clean. Everyone was busy and service was on point. I don't know what has happened or if the crew was just having an off day but, I can honestly say, I am not too sure If I will be returning...

Five Guys is kinda like Christmas...

Some people love it, others hate it; Some people are offended by the very fact that you'll eat there, while others won't even talk to you unless you feel as if Five Guys is one of your "top five favorite places to go."

They have a very simple menu, and the restaurant layout is typical...

But this Park City location is hit or miss.

When it comes to food, of the 2 times I've been to the location here, it has been a GREAT VISIT... then a complete regret.

My first Burger was amazing, and my second was so dry, and so overcooked that I had hard time eating it.

I'll give it another try though, and keep everyone posted.

Went in for lunch today, 5 adults and 4 kids. Super busy (we didn’t mind) but when I went in to use the restroom, I was pretty grossed out by how dirty it was. Dust on the flat surfaces, pee on the walls, caked on grime on the floor and especially in the corners. I could understand if they were slammed just this one day and couldn’t get to some crumbs under the tables, but this kind of dirtiness looks like it has been an issue for months. Grabbed a high chair for my baby (that I assume was put away by a worker?) and the seat was filled with crumbs and was so grimy I wouldn’t let my baby sit in it before thoroughly scrubbing it down. I would say this location needs a thorough scrubbing down from top to bottom! Food was as good as...
