THE FOLLOWING IS NOT A POSITIVE REVIEW!!!

This place reminds me of another Chipotle, that was running the same flavor crew, and those clowns were sagging on the job. They were openly cursing with loud music coming from the back. Luckily there was not any sagging, loud music or cursing going on here during my visit. The sad part is both of these locations had the same nasty, filthy, dirty, messy work stations and dining areas.
The work station here…was a COMPLETE DISASTER.
I walked in behind another person, and we both stood at the counter for a least 5 minutes and neither of us were verbally acknowledged. There was a young lady, wearing glasses, wiping down the work area with multiple nasty clothes. The way she was cleaning indicated she was wasn’t experienced at cleaning, wasn’t properly trained, didn’t care or just didn’t have a mental plan on how to do it.
Watching her clean and chose to ignore two people in front of her was enough to make me want to walk out. The nastiness of the place was a second reason. The whole kitchen area was being run like it was a bad movie scene for a John Singleton blockbuster.
Finally, the girl acknowledges the lady in front of me and starts getting her food together. Another guy comes up to the counter and whispers something into the girls ear and he takes over handling the client requests while she just rings up the purchases from that point on.
The guy was ok, but it was hard to understand him. He had energy and was working to get the line down. I appreciated his efforts, even if he seemed a bit forgetful about what items I wanted on my plate.
The fact that they had a heavy duty security guard posted up, in the actual kitchen area, was reassuring but led thought to why he even had to be there. While I was waiting, I took out my phone and started recording. I’m still deciding if I want to take the still photos out of the video and post them OR just post the video.
Both the owner and/or management need to get a handle on this place. It is a cartoon version of stereotypes and the negative reviews are on point. However, I’m giving the place five stars - so this review doesn’t go the bottom of the ratings stack.
I want people to read it and acknowledge the issue and work on fixing it. There is no reason this place has to run in this manner and demonstrate poor practices. This is fixable and the owner and managers are at fault. The crew is the byproduct of poor training or just a reflection of a more serious issue reflecting the realities of society. There is no evidence that anyone cares what the customer sees or...
Read moreWish I could give a negative to service, atmosphere and overall experience. Do NOT go here. Just don’t! The owner and managers need some serious training on how to run a place, keep it clean and train your people to be decent. Chipotle headquarters would be so ashamed of this place I’m sure.
My first time ever eating chipotle. So sad it was this location. HORRIBLE location. The store was not clean. Tables not wiped off, floors have stuff everywhere, where to pay was nothing but a mess of fallen out food from bowls, drink area was so nasty and had no ice.
The guy that started our order was nice enough. But the next guy to help was so high he was staring off in another world. Like I had to say hello and then asked if was in another world and he just said yea I guess so. Wasn’t helpful with what they had and before I could finish he just pushed to the side.
Cashier was horrendous! She never looked at anyone or even spoke. I told her what we had and then said I’d like a chips and Queso. She starts to make a small, for 2 people. I said oh no I need a large that’s barely enough for one person. She didn’t like that. Then went and got chips and I mean it was barely a handful. The guacamole was brown becuz it had been open to air for so long.
We wiped off a table and start to eat and the chips were so stale! So I take them back up and a lady asks what’s wrong and I hand her the bag and say these are stale. She just looks at me for a long time. Then says well umm we only have one tray of chips. I said ok? Well they’re stale. She goes do you want some more? I said sure. Again barely a handful. These were better but still not the best. No I’m sorry or anything just basically welp, too bad.
Look the bowl wasn’t bad. But soooooo many people said omg you have to eat chipotle. So I did and it was a very bad experience. Trust me I will NEVER return to this store if I decide to eat chipotle again. I’ll stick to my local Mexican place. Better service, better food and its money going into someone’s pocket that serves...
Read moreThis is by far one of the worst restaurant establishments I’ve ever been to in my life. I also write this review after years of going to this place and it always ends the same way, disappointing. I have never been to this location where they have 100% of all their food. I went today and they were out of all beans and steak, and said it would be a 35 minute wait. 99% of the time I go, they are out of queso. A month or so ago I went and they were out of steak, chicken, and carnitas. Instead of preparing things when the bar is low, they wait till it’s completely empty, then tell you they are either out, or it’s going to take 35 minutes for them to cook it. Also, if you order online through their app, it will NOT show the stock on the app, so you will get to the store and realize half of your food is missing. I have done this multiple times, shown up to the drive thru window for my meal, only to realize it’s missing half of its protein, queso, or rice and the worker does NOT tell me until I open the food and look myself. You then will be asked if you want your money back on the items you are missing (why this is even asked is hilarious to me) and then you will be handed a customer service number where you have to call, and show proof of receipt and pictures that you are missing said items in order to get a refund online. I even went one time after ordering chips and queso on the app only to get to the store and be handed chips with no queso. I asked “where is my queso for my chips” and the reply was “oh sorry we are out”. No refund even mentioned until I laugh and say well can I get my money back?? One time I ordered online, got home, and realized my meal was missing lettuce, steak, cheese, and beans, and literally only had chicken and rice in the bowl. This store is a complete joke, you can clearly tell the workers do not want to be there, and it fully shows through the terrible experiences that...
