ok this review is maybe more about door dash but because of bad door dash i now have a poor taste in my mouth about Milanos...I ordered a pizza and a salad ..i'm in a hotel within a mile of Milanos...and will be here for a month or so longer ..ordering food locally...door dash shows up and hands me the pizza ...cold..the cheese was hard! was it Milanos or door dash??..and the salad which is made in a styrofoam container for deliver was sideways in a paperbag opened and the salad spilled out into it..the guy handed it to me that way...i'm surprised it didnt fall through the bag on the elevator...either way i was stuck with a cold pizza from Milanos and a salad that had to be redelivered which sucks because by the time it came i no longer wanted it because i had lost my appetite. Yes Door Dash sucks..i see this now...that driver was an imbecile ...but in the end..Milanos NY pizza allows DoorDash to deliver their food...so WTH Milanos...I have 50 people staying here with me...they will all hear about it in conversations...Yup pretty disappointed over all with...

I ALSO TIPPED A COUPLE OF DOLLARS AND WAS GIVEN A NOT SO FRESH LIGHTLY CHEESED PIZZA.

No I dont like leaving negative reviews but because everything is so expensive and eating out has become a rare treat for my family. So when things aren't up to par it's more costly. 30 bucks is now alot to money to those of us who can no longer afford to eat out regularly anymore.

So I ordered a pizza and a couple of salads. The salads were great as they were back in the days when we ate here alot. But the pizza was not fresh. It seemed warmed up and it barely had any cheese on it. It was gross but our dog loved it. I also tipped a couple dollars and still was given a not so fresh lightly cheesed pizza. I imagine if we had dined in it would of been fresh and not so lightly cheesed. So keep that in mind if you decide to eat here. It once was always good but now it's a gamble I will...

We're from Connecticut, but have lived in Kentucky the last few years. Perhaps the one thing we miss the most about home is the great pizza and Italian food. Several years ago, we took a vacation to Memphis, and had booked a hotel in Southaven MS. When we got there, the hotel was on fire (well, only one room!) so we had to walk around the area until the firemen cleaned out the hotel. It was then that we landed at Milano's I suppose that was the Hand of God because we ended up eating the Best Pizza and pasta we'd had in the years since we left the Northeast. So when we went back to Memphis we made sure we stayed in Southaven again, and ate at Milano's 3 of the 4 nights of our stay. Milano's is the best. It's a real gem. Every time we're in Memphis, we'll eat there. In fact we'll make it a point of visiting Memphis regularly...

My first visit after living in Southaven almost 20 yrs. I had very high expectations with the name Milano and being NY themed. I believe at some point years ago this was great pizza but what I had today was the worst pizza I have tasted in my entire life. I ordered a veggie pizza and it looks like they cooked a cheese pizza and just put raw veggies on top. Salty crust and absolutely no flavor in the sauce or the toppings. Workers were very friendly and seems to be an atmosphere with a lot of area history. The pizza just wasn’t for me but it seems a lot of folks in the area love it.

One of my favorite pizza places in the area. I love a basic pepperoni and Milano’s is my go to for it. Their white pizza is also good, but it does come with tomatoes and spinach. I’m sure you could ask for it without those toppings if you’d prefer. The marinara sauce that accompanies the mozzarella sticks is surprisingly good. I’ve only done take out orders so far, but I’ve had consistently good experiences. Will definitely try a calzone next time.

New to the area and just tried this place last night. My husband and I love pizza and I think we just found our go-to place. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and great taste! I will say that the breadsticks were a tad disappointing. There were only 4 thin pieces and they were a little bland. Other than that we loved it. Better than wise guys in my opinion due to the chewy crust-that’s just a personal preference though!
