Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Spokane

Can’t say much about the food. Ordered cookies to someone as a gift, and I made the mistake of a wrong address number but had typed the name of the location on delivery instructions. At no point after the mistake was made was I able to contact any living person through the phone to correct it, or given info on who the delivery was made through, nor did the delivery person contact me about how the address number did not match the business name I had typed out for them, which is irritating since the website tips automatically for you. Yes my mistake, but service is not worthy of having tipped someone for not even trying, but also mainly the business for not allowing me to correct a mistake before they went out for delivery. Don’t care to ever give them try again. Thank you to the young couple who had accidentally received the cookies and went out of their way and saw the written instructions and still brought them to the right location down the road, I wish my tip had gone to them! Valentine's Day ❤️💋is supposed to be a special day right?🤷‍♀️ When my hubby and I arrived we couldn't smell a single cookie🍪being baked which was very curious to us🤔. We weren't greeted well which is not surprising in a business that employs teens🧃. I get it. I spent a total of $21💵 on 4 deluxe items and I received 2 large cookies and 2 brownies. We brought them home and the cookies were flatter than a pancake🥞! The cookies were so seriously undercooked👎 the sugar didn't even have time to breakdown. The salted caramel was not salty🧂 at all and hardly caramel either. The brownie literally tasted like NOTHING🚫! The only saving grace was the blondie. It wasn't great but it all least had some flavor😋. We tried to give them to our teenage daughter and she didn't even want them😬. So, this was more of a late night run. We got some cookies to go and sampled them back at the Davenport grand.

The food itself was hit or miss for the cookies. The chocolate chip was a semi sweet which was ok. The oatmeal raisin followed suit to be alittle better. The peanut butter cookie was ok too, but nothing amazing. Some are comparable to what we bake at home. HOWEVER, the salted caramel really took the cake for being one of the best cookies out there. I was a fan of that one.

The service itself was friendly and fast. No concerns there are all. Everyone seemed helpful and knowledgeable.
