Fazoli's — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I ordered ravioli with meat sauce and my husband ordered chicken Parmesan. I asked if we could have some breadsticks while we waited and a lady (grey hair), gave me a few. She brought my ravioli out and said that the chicken Parmesan took longer to cook and she didn’t want my ravioli to get cold. I took one bite and it wasn’t even luke warm. My husband took it back to the counter and told the guy who took our order that it wasn’t hot. He took it back to the kitchen and the cook he gave it to laughed and said, “it wasn’t hot?” My husband said that there was a guy standing next to her in the kitchen who we later found out was the manager. In the meantime they brought my husbands food out so I went up front and told him so he could go to our table to eat while his was hot. I stood and waited a while at the counter and finally asked the same guy who took our order if I should wait there or go back to our table. He told me to do whatever I wanted so I went back to our table. Waited. No food. My husband was almost finished with his so I went back up front and told grey haired lady that if my food wasn’t made yet I would just like a refund. At this time I would say 9 employees were just standing around. She had another girl come out and show her how to give a refund. There was loud music playing in the back and lots of laughing. I finally asked who the manager was and a guy said that he was. I told him when someone has a problem with their food that takes priority over everyone else’s because chances are the people they are with will be finished eating by the time the food is corrected. He agreed with me but did not even have the cook remake my food because like I said, he was standing beside her when she laughed because it wasn’t hot. I went back to my table and a girl I hadn’t seen before came out and told me they were remaking my food so I could take it home. The manager did come back out to look at us one more time. Good thing I ate a couple breadsticks because I am home now and still hungry. Good luck with this store, I think everyone there needs fired except for the grey...

Not very happy with the service here or the quality of the food especially for the price first we ordered the food we went to find a table in which we had to change tables because it was dirty we went to the drink fountain and one of the drink fountains didn't dispense drinks but had ice The other one dispensed drinks and had ice there were no lids for our drink cups and no forks it looked like it hadn't been stocked or maintained for the entire day. when we got our food it was cold and there was three different kinds of pasta on my dish throughout my plate when the person came out with the breadsticks he set them on the table where the bread was touching the table that was questionable if it was dirty. As we are sitting eating our dinner I see the people cleaning the tables and not once did a salt and pepper shaker move to be cleaned they were cleaned around but not underneath chairs weren't wiped down on the seat or the backs of the chairs where people put there hands to pull them out even though people sit in them just like they eat at the table. I think there were about a total of Three pieces of chicken "nuggets" on my daughter's chicken fettuccine and maybe six on my sons. For $50 this is not what I expected I'm very very disappointed. As we were sitting down eating another customer came up to the calendar and asked for a milk that wasn't expired a month ago for their child! What is going on here? I'm going to complained they were a little busy but they came out to the table listen to my concerns they gave each of us a free piece of cheesecake and two free meals for our next visit I appreciate them making up for the imperfections of their restaurant...

This place fired my husband for money coming up missing because he was the manager on duty. Now remind you he wasn’t on the register working nor working the day they got robbed . All this happened on the General managers (mark)shift but nothing happened to him. Then they hired the same guy that robbed the safe as a manager named David. Looks just like the guy that robbed them … make this make sense . They illegally withheld held money out his check to cover the registers that had money come up missing. On top of it all fired only the black employees that mark did not like sounds to me like a racist situation. Has several managers that have no call no shows still working for them but fired my husband for something he didn’t do. This place is not a place to work for nor support. They also held a fund raiser for a daycare to help them make money and intentionally did put the fund raiser code on the flyer so the daycare could make money. They day they got the safe robbed remind you the GM mark didn’t report it to police until hours after it happened nor counted the save which you are supposed to do as soon as u get to the store at 7 am and didn’t until 10:30 am. Sounds fishy to me !!! The owner then admitted he illegally stole the money out his check . So please be advised that this company is doing this behavior.
