Rally's — Restaurant in St. Louis

10/16/21 11:46pm Location: 305 N Vandeventer Horrible Manger On Duty: LaWanda Was given a total for $31.75 at the drive-thru order speaker. We pulled around to the window, LaWanda swiped my debit card and then stated that her screen went blank, and that she had to re-enter my order. Cool, upgraded my two combos to Large, making a new total of $32.63. I then asked LaWanda to please review my order, and to make sure that we had everything in the bag correctly since she had to ring the order twice. She then swiped my debit card again. No response, she just hands us the bag of food and my debit card back. No exit greeting or nothing. We pulled off. Got back to my hotel, I see two alerts from my mobile banking app, one for $31.75, and one for $32.63. I was not given a receipt, and I looked in the bag and realized that I was missing food. I called back to the store, rude LaWanda states that they were busy and that she would not be able to help me at all. Spoke with a gentleman on the phone, he said to please come back to the store. We came back and called into the store again to get help. Rude LaWanda refused to help again, thankfully Kevin came outside to our vehicle and was able to produce one of the receipts to verify the new order total of $32.63. I explained to him that I had been charged twice and how rude his manager LaWanda was. He replaced the missing mozzarella sticks, but by the time we got back to the hotel, all of the food was cold, and the order was still wrong once I fully unpacked the bag. Wrong chicken wings, cold burger, lukewarm fries. Horrible experience at this...

I am writing this review in hopes of that the St Louis Health Department will come in and inspect this RALLY'S. The outside of this restaurant is flooded with trash. The trash can on the outside of the window where you place your order was overflowing. Flies and other insects flying in and out of the drive thru window. Workers sitting all on the counter picking at their faces and messing with their hair. The gentleman who took our order at the drive thru window was sagging, which I did not want to see anyone's underwear. I'm 99.9% sure the food that was sitting out was not kept in a safe temperature because it was not in any cooling area as far as I can tell. The same person who was handling the money was also handling the food with the same nasty gloves on. I also saw the workers eating food while sitting on the counter where food was being prepared. Just NASTY 🤢 if you are able to share this or know somewhere in the St Louis Health Department please pass this review on for the safety of everyone who eats there. Update There has been a miracle at this Rally's I ordered in the Drive-Thru pull up to the window and by the time they had received my payment and giving me my drink my food was ready and I was out the window.... I now see why this is a top-tier store because they have really gotten it together. And I just want to talk about the fries were hot and perfect. I kind of wish I could say that they bombed because they were so good... I wonder if I say that their fries were the bomb I can still get another set for free LOL

The good things that I can say about this places that generally does get my order right. On my last visit I came through the drive-thru and there were a few cars ahead of me maybe like three or four 5 at the most. It took quite some time to get through those cars so I waited for quite some time, however when I got to the window I can say that my food was ready my drink was ready and he was actually able to give me my change and I was in and out the window probably in 1 minutes time but the way to get to the window...
