Arby's — Restaurant in Straban Township

Well this is a double failure I'm staying at a hotel in Gettysburg ordered from Arby's on doordash suppose to be here at 8pm then doordash says your driver is on another delivery so now 8:30 no big deal wasn't starving but why would doordash tell me one time and then say oh your driver picked up another delivery so you have to wait longer but now on to the restaurant I ordered a beef and cheddar and a French dip the restaurant did not include the aujus sauce it's like getting a hot dog without the bun contacted doordash customer service they offered me a 4.84 cent refund on a 8 dollar sandwich I asked for them to deliver the aujus sauce they said the restaurant was not accepting any more doordash orders so doordash refunded me 10.84 but the whole experience was unsatisfactory on the restaurant...

The last 4 times that I've been here that I've gone through the drive through we have not gotten what we ordered. Usually there is no cheddar on my beef and cheddar. And they are supposed to be 2 for 7 that's what I paid and when I get home, boom, no cheese on my sandwiches. Or they decide that I'm getting a meal and I get charged for a meal and they forget the fries. Or they forgot to put the Mac and cheese bites the bag. I've worked retail for 30+ years, you shouldn't treat your customers like this. I try to be quite since I get that not everyone is in to customer service. Maybe I'll come and work a part-time job there and teach you how to take care of...

I usually always give the benefit of the doubt, but then you see the commercial "We have the meats" ... well not in their prime rib cheese steaks they don't. I wish that I could attach a picture of what I received. They had bread, peppers, some type of stringy white cheese and that was all. No Prime Rib....in fact not even any roast beef. To make matters worse you can't even go into complain.....the dining room is currently closed. On a good note, the staff was friendly and courteous. They also had my food ready in a timely manner...maybe the classic Philly here is a vegetarian dish. Whatever the reason, I'll not be back...
