Taco Bell — Restaurant in Summit Township

Normally the best taco bell in town. But lately the new staff they hired has really been bad. I do mobile orders here twice a week, and it's seriously gone downhill. There's an older gentleman on third shift, who clearly doesn't give a flying F about anything. Usually seems in a pissed demeanor, and my order is regularly messed up, or the fillings are lackluster. I ask for sauce packets...when he's on the line I know I'm not getting any 75% of the time.

Second shift has started to slip as well. Ordered my wife and I food a couple of times during the 8pm-9pm timeframe. Missing items, no sauce for nuggets regularly, and mess up drink orders consistently. I even went back to get my missing "3 cheese flatbread melt" she says 3 cheese melts? Ok brb...I had to yell to get her attention to come back to the window...I said "no ma'am, a 3 cheese flatbread melt" she said ok and left...she comes back about 30 seconds later and I get my melt....hmmm that was fast.

I get home and it wasn't properly toasted...I don't think she even toasted/grilled it at all . Just slammed chicken and cheese in there.

My wife is also diabetic. She gets a Pepsi zero. Of course they gave her a regular Pepsi and spiked her blood sugar sky high.

I called and said "hey you guys need to be more careful please with drinks my wife is diabetic, and any crazy amount of sugar can cause harm" ....response : "oh ok sorry about that" then I hear s clock from them hanging up lol.

Addy at store 026120 was the kindest drive thru worker I have ever encountered. Taco Bell's $5 Box promotion was over but I only had $5 to spend. I didn't really want to ask, but didn't have much of a choice given the limited funds, so I asked her what combination of things I could get with my $5. Addy provided multiple combinations and options of how to stretch $5 at Taco Bell and I left with great choices. She didn't seem annoyed at all and ensured I didn't exceed my limit and even shared which of the discount menu items were most popular. She realized that answered the question was faster than arguing, was excellent customer service, and ensured I got food at Taco Bell instead of going down the road to Wendy's for their $5 Biggie Bag.

For anyone wondering, 2 Spicy Potato tacos 1 Chipotle chicken ranch burrito And 1 $1 drink + tax makes...

So close. If I would not have been disrespected/disregarded when I was verifying my order portions at the window. Admittedly I consolidate 3 of the exact same dish into one larger bowl; which I greatly appreciate as it reduces waste, effort, time, and gives little room for lost product on my receival which is also very anticipated to be ingested.

I was made to wait, feel forgotten, entered the restaurant to still be mistreated about why I was there at the counter from the BACK line...

I understand being busy, but there was no reason for me to walk past that bell instead of ringing it on my way out of the restaurant; despite the initial handling from drive-thru.
