The breakfast is on point! made to order French toast, pancakes and omelettes. tons of fresh food and juices to pick from as well. I have the omelet, let me tell ya it was the best I have ever had! everything was so fresh. Their was 3 meat options, 4 cheese options and at least 8 vegetable options. I had mushrooms, spinach with cheddar cheese and feta cheese. everything was proportioned phenomenally. It was cooked perfect light fluffy and full of flavor, just right. My sister an I come to Erie every year for a few days vacation. We thought we would try your Safari restaurant. We ordered the fish sandwich. I must say it was below average. The fish was not very tasty actually it was very fishy tasting and the breading on it was way overdone. The bun it was on was half burnt & it was not hot. I’m sorry we had such a bad experience.
