I had the worst experience of a lifetime at this McDonaldâs. I had to make a complaint to the corporation. Ive had a few different issues with them forgetting items and I made sure to ask if that was everything that I received while on the drive-through window and they confirmed yes and slammed the window . Okay whatever, so I checked and we are missing my daughterâs juice. I had to park my vehicle and go inside and ask for the juice. I told the worker that they needed to start getting orders correct , she began to be verbally aggressive in front of other customers, she seemed young , but I couldnât believe she felt comfortable yelling at a customer with a child, so I walked away and figured I would call and complain . So my daughter and I left. I called to make a formal complaint and I said there was a girl with red hair and red space buns on who argued with me at the front order area. I told them I needed to speak with a manager about someone working at the counter. she immediately started YELLING at me on the phone â go to a different McDonaldsâ obnoxiously! at least six times laughing in the background with other people and hung up on me. I tried to call back a few other times and they would pick up and hang up on me. Finally 10 minutes after they kept ignoring my calls, another person answered, a young man who said he just got on to his shift. He was very polite and felt terrible about my experience but said he couldnât do anything for me because he believed the person who I encountered in store and in the phone were a minor. I asked for the store managers name and he told me Nicole. He took my information down and she never called me about the incident . My daughter is 5 and was so angry at the way we were treating at the store and her overhearing how the worker screamed at me in the phone , which she was on speaker phone because I was driving. I went home crying because I already didnât have the money to buy the stupid food, but my children begged because this is a once in a while treat. I felt so defeated and disgusted by this experience. This happened on 10/28/24 between...

The smell of fresh fryâs in the air, coupled with the faint sound of a worker in white crocs rapping Lil Wayne behind the counter, all made for a very pleasant welcoming. I quickly got to work putting in my âto-goâ order, when I was abruptly interrupted by the sound of a stern voice sounding rather upset behind the counter. I peer to my right to see none other than White Croc Man, expressing his displeasure with a worker by the name of âTimmy.â Timmy was sloppily putting together big Macâs obviously not up to the standard of White Croc Man. As it turns out, Timmy was up to something far more sinister. After a while me and my Posse received our food and made our way back to work. Everything seemed to be going well. A little too well. My buddy Damien, took a bite of his quarter pounder and what he saw almost sent him out of his chair. The burger, was raw. There is no question about who sent this raw burger out of the McDonaldâs kitchen, it was Timmy. All evidence points to him. He needs to be reprimanded. But the Tim doesnât stop there. Oh no. We called the establishment to explain the traumatic experience we were put through. Guess who answers the phone. It was TIMMY. While we told him what happened, we were met with nothing but a rude and defensive response. Timmy did not seem to take our concerns serious and brushed it off like it was all one big joke. Well Iâll tell you what Timmy, letâs serve you a raw double quarter pounder with cheese and see if youâre laughing then....
Read moreMy wife and I took our grandkids to the McDonalds at Upper Peach Street in Erie, PA. This is our 2nd time there in 1 month, and both times were awful. Our Littles like to play in the indoor playground. Let's start with the playground. There are kids running through the playground, barefoot and unsupervised, and the tables and floors are filthy! My wife went to order the food while I took the kids to the playground. She was in line for 20 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge her. The girl at the counter told the crowd, "we are not taking orders now because we are too busy." What? Between the drivethru, mobile orders, and front counter, they do not know what is going on! We counted 6 employees in the front walking around and not doing anything. The floors are wet from when customers dropped food and beverages and the garbage cans are full. By the time we all actually all got our food it was very cold and not like McDonald's food should be like. It was a "terrible experience" for all 8 of us! Of course, the kids wanted ice cream sundaes after dinner. It took another 15 minutes to get them, and when we did, they were melted. They handed us 6 sundaes with 1 spoon!!! When we asked for more spoons, the girl was upset with us and said she would need some time to find them. After 2 visits, is this what patrons of the McDonald's on 7200 Peach Street have to look forward to? I'm upset, and expect someone in charge...
