Bacon Egg and Cheese — Restaurant in Tampa

I was picking up an order for someone else for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwhich on my scooter.

This lady here refused to prepare the bacon egg and cheese. Told me 7 minutes then when I came back said she “they haven’t even started making it yet and doesn’t know when it will be ready”. I had to unassign the order.

It was just a bacon egg and cheese, she gave others their food who got there after me and it wasn’t busy. I was polite the entire time. It seems she refused to serve me either because she thinks I look like a republican or because I’m on a scooter so she assumes I’m a leftist. Either way this is completely unacceptable behavior and she shouldn’t be serving the public.

Ive already reported to the app and will follow up with customer service. I am also going to be reporting to her supervisor...

I ordered my food through doordash. The food stand is less an a mile away from my office. Doordash had informed me that my food was ready. I waited 40 MINUTES for my food. I asked the guy at the computer it would take TWICE. The first time he looked at the tickets, he told me it would only be a couple more minutes. I asked him again 20 mins later, he finally found my ticket and told me that that he had to cancel the order because they ran out of what I ordered. 40 mins it took him to tell me he couldnt complete my order. I dont want to email you to tell you more about my experience. OH and 25 minutes after i walked away from the food stand, doordash informed me that my order was ready... 65 mins total. ...

The hot dog clearly states on the menu that it comes with French fries. The employee attempted to charge me an extra $6 for fries. I pointed out the menu states it comes with fries. The employee advised it actually does not and the menu needs to be changed but she would honor what the menu says. After I paid the employee called me back up to the window and said the owner would not honor what the menu says and stated I needed to pay $6 more for the fries. Order canceled and customer lost due to bad business.

*The lifelong debate continues if a hot dog is a sandwich! Two pieces of bread and meat in the middle....
