Phở Nhật Restaurant — Restaurant in Tempe

Ordered on the phone to pick up yesterday. 20 minutes later I’ve arrived, waited 5 minutes till the food was ready, paid and gave a generous $5 tip thinking everything is good. Besides the amazing soup base I never got any hoisin sauce or siracha I should’ve checked, there’s also this essential herb called ngo which i never see anyone serve without especially with pho. Then there’s the noodles, all the rice noodle broked about 2 inches and mind you we just heated up the soup and dropped the noodles in and lightly stirred it up. Then there’s the egg rolls, it was good, bigger portion than most places but they didn’t gave any chilli for the fish sauce and that goes the same with the spring rolls. Spring rolls never came with shrimp btw i did specifically ask for it. I personally won’t come back but don’t be deterred, experience it yourself it might not be for me but it could be for you. All this could’ve been avoided if i checked up on the order but I don’t because I’ve been so use to with other restaurants being on point that i would think others will...

Very rude and unprofessional order, I came in for an order through Postmates a delivery service app that Postmates customer service called to place the order over the phone. I come to the restaurant and the owner says he is refusing to make the food for the customer because he hates the "you guys" mind you I am just a sub contractor and also a business owner myself so I politely asked what his bad experience was so that I could communicate it to Corperate and he said I don't have to explain to you I hate you guys get out of here so I said "sir please I'm not trying to be rude I'm a business owner myself I'm glad your speaking up I just want to know so it doesn't occur with other restaurants" he said get out of my restaurant and walked out from behind the counter and touched my shoulder as his 2 children where standing right there. The unprofessionalism of the owner is a complete turn off! Furthermore, Postmates increases many small business owners like him by 10-15% statistically, why anyone would turn down money...

This here is a hidden Gem 💎 & people are sleeping on it & you know when food is made with love especially with it tastes like something from back Home & this is that place Highly recommend it the place is ideal but the food makes up for it as well as the prices very budget friendly I love Pho so much the day my friend's mother in law came from overseas & made it for us & that taste stucked in my taste buds since than I've searched all over the valley & I do my taste test etc before I eat it or add any sauce & the funny thing is the lady in charge up front we talked about how passionate we are about food she said that's how food should be & that tells you "who knows food" lol sweet lady I was welcome in from when I walked through the front door to walking out I give it a 10/10 and I would be coming again found myself a GO-TO...
