Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Tempe

Tessa the manager is poorly trained. Staff here is garbage. I ordered pick up and went through drive through. they insisted I park in their designated area for pick up. I told the curbside attendant employee taking orders outside. I ordered online. I’m just picking up. She said ok. But that I need to get it inside myself next time? Makes no sense then what is the point of ordering ahead. People that order ahead are doing YOU a favor. I insisted they please give me my order in drive through. When the drive through window employee told me to park and they will bring it. I said no please give it to me here. They said no. I asked why? Because my order isn’t ready??? Why am I ordering ahead?? People that ordered one car behind me get their order before me? Where is the logic. You can just make my order AND hand it to me!!!

cancelled my order. To make things worse I called the manager to complain while I waited for my food (because they insisted I park) she defended their policy so I asked for a refund.

Then I had to sit in the parking lot and wait for them to refund my money because they had processed the order as if they handed it to me. No, I will not be a part of this backwards policy. Give me my money back.

I am just as important as your drive through customers that don’t order ahead.

Chills…Chills… I mean where do I even start, it’s around 12:40 am September 1st and I am in my dorm…hungry, I have been eating Taco Bell for the past week and am looking for restaurants that are open this late at night. All of a sudden I sense a voice in my head, from the Caniac gods, I presumed, “Come and get me, I know you want me, I’ll treat you right and fill you up 😉”, they said. I rose out of my bed half asleep and walked .5 miles to Canes the walk was very refreshing and I only saw 8 homeless people during my march to the heavens (Canes). As I approached my destination my legs trembled as I had never been as famished as I was at 1:17am on September 1st. I speak to the kind cashier, “one Caniac combo NO SLAW extra toast”. I would rather live in Hassayampa for eternity than even fathom thinking about eating coleslaw. I waited my turn, and WOW, the service was fast, faster than me. It felt as if I had just sat down before my order was called. I take hold of my Caniac combo (no slaw extra toast) and head back to Hassayampa (I only saw 3 people throwing up on my way back). I traverse through the smelly White Claw/Jack Daniel’s ridden swamp (hallway) and into paradise (my room). I sit, I open my to-go box and feel as if I am looking into the gates of heaven itself. I called and asked if I made it 5 minutes late could I still order, the gal that answered said we close in ten min if you make it before then we'll take your order. I made it in 8 min and they closed said I was 2 min to late. Incredible and I drove from 43rd ave and Camelback. This is the second time that they refused to serve me cause I was 2 min past when I wasnt. I get it , if they do for me they have to do it for everybody and people would continue to show up late and they would never close. But come on, 2 minutes literally 2 min. and I asked the lady before I drove all the way out to tempe if I was there before close she would take my order I was already halfway there she wouldnt allow me to order and when I got there 2 min before they closed they argued with me that they were closed that I was 2 minutes late. When I was actually 2 min before close and they refused to take my order. My order comes out to almost 30 bucks for 2 people ar least once a week. Not any more this is the second time they have done this to me and I dont think I will eat there again.
