Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Purchased for delivery pizza and wings when the store initially opened- the time for delivery was approximately 1.5 hours- after 45 minutes I called the store and spoke with CSR only to get excuses. At 1.25 hours called the store and spoke with the manager and she stated that they were waiting on a delivery driver- the delivery driver arrived at over 90 minutes- all food was cold. Called and spoke with manager and was given a store credit for complete order. Called and order pizza and wings and was going to use store credit but shift lead could not find store credit. He offered 25% on complete order but continually gave excuses even stating that they had no store manager at the time and they just got new systems and he did not know how to access store credit. I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up. It wasn't ready so I stood there and watched the workers. The girl (reddish brown hair) checked me out then went right into the kitchen. I watched her touch her pants, pick things off of the floor, check other customers out and never washed her hands with soap. She ran water on them for a quick second and went right back in the kitchen to cook. Very nasty. You don't handle the register, touch your clothes etc then handle people's food. Her appearance is what made me stand there and watch in the first place. She was dressed differently and did a little more so I assumed she was the manager which is not good because she isn't making the workers do the right thing either.

First time eating Marco's Pizza. Clean. Peaceful environment. Order of business is very considered with this crew [4:37pm]. Meaning everyone knew how to move. I ordered the small Deluxe, thin crust and Cheezy Bread. This pizza is gud (no - I didn't mispell it). The bread, too, was so gud - just some great comfort food. Tyler was the cashier. Very nice. Helpful. Respectful. Knowledgeable and truthful on items not available. Customer service - ON POINT! It's been a while since I've sitten in a pizza establishment. The world has become so convenient.
