This 5 star review is for JASMINE the barista at this location. STARBUCKS’ CORPORATE DIVISION needs this young lady to work there to set the example for quality control and customer service in all their stores. I am in love with the Fireworks Frappuccino which was only available for a very, very short time. So when I go to a Starbucks, I say I know the Fireworks Frap is not available but can you make something similar. I get the same response “we don’t have that anymore”. Yes I know that but you DO have all the ingredients to make it. So then I have to say, “you have strawberry puree, coconut milk, raspberry pearls, and vanilla cold foam right”? Of course they do! So please make me my drink, call it a Summer Skies refresher and double blend it. Well the young guy at this drive thru starts with the same response when I ask. Before I have to go through the same explanation, a girls voice comes across out of nowhere and says “I can make you a drink like that because we have all of the ingredients”. Finally someone willing to make an effort when no one else will because it’s easier to dismiss my request. She didn’t make a Fireworks Frapp because it’s technically no longer on the menu. She found an alternative to make a customer happy. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Let me tell you, I’m driving down the road and take my first drink and actually stop and look at it and take another drink because it was the best, most perfect drink I’ve ever gotten from any Starbucks! Jasmine is a magician! She deserves a big thank you for not taking the easy way out and saying “we don’t have that anymore”. Customer service is lacking pretty much everywhere and I accept it as status quo. Jasmine came through for this customer and it was a refreshing surprise. Read moreNormally I have no issues here, but today I went with my mom and her friend. The lady taking our order (older lady, brown and grey hair and wore glasses) was VERY rude. My mom’s friend ordered a pineapple passion fruit lemonade, and the lady completely brushed her off acting like this menu drink didn’t exist and then made the order incorrectly. When asked to correct it, she tried to say that my mom’s friend didn’t say she wanted a lemonade even though she did clearly say it FIVE TIMES. The lady had given her a tea. Then after it was remade, the lady still gave her a kind of tea and when my moms friend tried politely correcting her, the lady just said “whatever,” and walked away. This was EXTREMELY rude and the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Not only that, but when taking my order, the lady clearly asked what I wanted, and I ordered two items very clearly AND they were menu items, not custom. The lady stared at the register for a moment and then asked what if said I wanted. She hadn’t even paid attention after clearly asking what I wanted. Read moreI used to live close to this location, came here frequently and typically had good service and well made drinks, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. The drink I get is a normal menu item with no substitutions, however I always clarify that the drink is made how it is intended seeing as there are several similar drinks that are easy to confuse. Well the drink was made wrong. I go in and politely ask how it was made and then told that I was wrong when I said that I thought it was supposed to be made differently (per other Starbucks employees and trainers). The associate at the counter then said to me "well just tell me how you want it made" in a less than polite tone. So I did and she remade it and it was still terrible. Then she offered to get someone more experienced which at that point I had wasted 20mins and was at risk of being late for an appointment (which I allowed more than enough time for my stop at Starbucks). I ended up leaving without a drink at all because I didn't have time for someone to make the drink for a third time.
