UPDATE: I took the time to read the response from the restaurant and it couldn’t be further from the truth. I actually have a 6 minute long video of the interaction that needed to be cut down into 30 second clips. Allow me to clear up a few things…
1 — We were NEVER asked to leave the establishment, not once. The food was paid for and refunded.
2 — The “manager” told us to keep the food (and I did NOT eat it). It literally went right in the trash.
3 — I DO NOT NEED A FREE MEAL FROM ANY ESTABLISHMENT. I’ve spent money at this place many times.
Additionally, do not make accusations of me going to local business’s for free meals. Own up to your mistakes and use this experience as an opportunity to grow. While I cannot post a full video here so people can see the truth, I will post it on TikTok so others can see how you do business. The main focus is your establishment being racist. You need to revise your response with the truth. ——————
I’ve visited this establishment numerous times, I’ve dined in and ordered to go. On my most recent visit, I ordered vegetable pho to go. While picking up the order, I noticed there weren’t enough noodles to fully enjoy the soup so I did ask an employee for extra noodles. The employee said the noodles would be an extra charge, no problem I paid it. I then asked for extra hoisin packets (3-4 packets were in the bag). The employee declined to give me extra hoisin packets which doesn’t make sense because they have large bottles sitting on the tables in the restaurant for customers to use how much they like. I told employee the that customer service was extremely poor and I didn’t understand why there were giving us such a hard time over 2 extra packets of hoisin sauce. The employee replied, “I am not being rude to you because I didn’t say the N word.” I was speechless. Appalled to say the least. The manager came and instantly went to the defense of the employee only for the employee to admit what she said. I am sure she’s still employee at PhoMac and was not held accountable for her choice of words. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. See video...
Read moreUpon our 11AM arrival, it appeared that this place was closed for the 4th of July. Mom and I have both been wanting to try their pho since the soft opening a few months ago. The open sign was illuminated, so we waited outside for just a few seconds before being greeted by David, the owner. Crisis averted. We were the first customers of the day. As we entered, we were promptly seated by Vincent and Jason, who walked us through the menu. I was truly enticed by the smells from the kitchen and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Delightfully adorned to achieve an upscale and modern vibe which I appreciated. You can feel the good energy here!
To cool off from the heat, Mom and I both had the Jasmine Unsweetened Iced Tea. For the appetizer, we ordered the Grilled Chicken Spring Roll. It came with a delicious and flavorful/well-balanced peanut dipping sauce - which was just right for the two of us.
Our food came out piping hot to our table within 10 minutes. Service was highly attentive and right on point. It made for a great first impression.
Mom ordered the Mixed Chicken Pho and I ordered the Beef Pho with Brisket and Meatball.
A plate of Basil, Bean Sprouts, Cilantro, and Jalapeños enhanced the flavor of both dishes. The broth was some of the best we have tried. Just that on its own is enough for us to return for future and subsequent visits.
Can definitely see this on our short list. We will likely return to try other menu items as well- the vermicelli with pork egg rolls will be next! Pho craving satisfied. Both food and service - excellent Five stars all...

(Deduction of 2 stars) I clicked into the website posted on their map bio, and placed an order not knowing they have another location, when arriving at this location, the staff checked and told me that it’s for another location on Princeton and I have to drive there to pick up the order.
While placing order online, there was no warning or indication to ask customers to select which location to pick up, how can someone who doesn’t know you have multiple locations to select one or the others?
(Deduction of 1 star) While placing order, the pictures on the Grilled Pork rice plate showing there is an egg that comes with the order, on the add-on options also indicate add extra egg, but then when receiving the order, there was no egg with the order. I don’t mind to pay for the egg, but if your rice plates doesn’t come with egg, you should at least add a note or take pictures without the eggs for all of your rice plates that you are advertising.
