Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in The Colony

Let me start by saying I love Scooter's Coffee, the overall business. This location, however, I can't say I'd recommend anyone visit. I showed up to this location 9 minutes before closing and denied service - somewhat understandable. What is absolutely unacceptable is when Google Maps has the store listed as closing an hour and 9 minutes later. I'm not the type to visit any place minutes before closing, but I never imagined Scooter's would be as lazy as to close down 15 minutes before their listed closing time in a mall like location with no drive thru. I hope no one purposely goes to any store within 10 minutes of their closing, because I know the feeling of having to reopen stations. This is mainly a complaint of a coffee shop that has always made my drink in 2 minutes flat closing an hour and 10 before the listed...

The workers have such a bad attitude! We came about a month ago when Larissa the manager with the color hair was here and our drinks where made wrong and I called since they had closed and she said when we where back in town we could get them remade. I came today and asked for her one of the girls said no worries I’ll get them remade and asked me to wait I waited 20 mins came back and asked if I could also get a smoothy and pay for it and the girl goes your going to have to pay for the other drinks we can’t give you “free” drinks. NEVER DID I ASK FOR FREE DRINKS! She said her manager Santana advices her not to remake them. So why make me wait instead of advising me. Severely unimpressed with their “cold brew”. It was actually gross. I originally ordered iced coffee to which they told me that they do cold brew, not iced coffee. Ok, sure, whatever, hop me up in some caffeine! Y’all. Maybe it’s just the one inside Nebraska Furniture Mart but this tasted worse than trying to use a k-cup twice. I’ve seen iced tea with more color and tasted dirt with better flavor. It was that bad.
