Upon arriving at this Titusville location McDonald's and walking in the door I noticed a backup of customers many of which their facial expressions appeared not to be positive. As I intended to place an order at the counter I waited for over 5 minutes and nobody came and another customer told us that nobody is coming up to take the orders in the back I could clearly see and hear lots of confusion chaos and just a general disarray of any organizational skills or planning at all. Cursing and swear words were very clearly heard by not only several children in the front of the building lobby area but also by customers waiting at the counter and summit their seats. There were two particular staff members that did stand out did not get their names. The kiosk failed to give a receipt for my order. My food order took a very long time to get approximately 15 minutes. And I had to ask for my drink cup 4 times from the very rude, bad mouthed employee, who was wearing a yellow reflective safety vest, Was a relatively small order. During my visit to this location I noticed one associate a younger gal wearing a maroon shirt steadily on her phone instead of handling customers and she was in the cashier register area while on her cell phone. Another staff member was very rude insulting to all customers openly using curses and swears and profanity not only in general sentence structure but also directed toward an at customers as well. Once I got my food it wasn't even lukewarm when I said something through the pick up window The staff member answered and replies to me were very rude abrupt harsh and borderline insulting never been so upset or seeing as many customers upset with staff anywhere as I have seen at this Titusville location today. One woman was there with her small child and this woman has has denied condition she was treated poorly very rude she waited over 35 minutes for an ice cream sundae. Another elderly person approximately in her late '70s waited 45 minutes for a Big Mac order and was also spoken to very harshly very rudely by the McDonald's employees she was cursed at and there was just a lot wrong with this McDonald's today. I'm extremely upset as well as my child was with me a young 10-year-old girl or the curse words couldn't understand what we did wrong to these employees of a McDonald's to be treated so poorly I had no explanation to my child other than apparently these people are not happy. I will not choose to return to this McDonald's ever again and I will make sure that those I know are well aware of this location's poor services as well.. I feel this McDonald's always me the total of my meal today Not only for the horrible experience for allowing to have such employees on their staff, especially employees that behave in those manners, my mother has never even chastised me the way that these staff members chastised and swore and cursed at their customers today, And that's truly no exaggeration I hope the location has videos I hope the location can review these things and see their employees in action. When I ask the associate for a receipt for my order because the kiosk did not print one they simply did not know how said it would take an entire shift but then just 3 minutes later another customer who is very well dressed in office attire maybe office casual attire versus my blue collar attire also asked for a receipt for his order as he used the same kiosk that I had used previously, and he was given a smile and spoken to very politely and they worked very diligently to try to acquire his receipt though I believe the ultimate outcome was they were unsuccessful, the fact that they treated him so much differently than so many other people and that they work so hard for his request but yet mine was essentially ignored and treated rudely added to the list of very confusing and surprising happenings today at this McDonald's. I had to leave a one-star review because it wouldn't let me leave anything less otherwise...
Read moreI’ve been at this location while working for Amazon numerous times and never had an issue until, of course, the last day of 2020.
Pros: Chelsea was on time for work, everyone wore masks, the bathroom was clean.
Cons: I’m waiting on line(which didn’t exist I was the only one on) for a good 3-4 minutes. Drive thru line was not busy so why out of all 7 people walking around and yelling for Chelsea to take the counter(she just walked in) I couldn’t be serviced? A young lady approaches me(after several workers acknowledged me and walked past me, never asked if I was helped NOTHING) and takes my order. I’m getting ready to pay and there’s an elderly man speaking to I believe a manager completely hovering over the card machine. Rather than asking him to step aside so I can checkout she keeps him there, grabs whatever you or item he inquired about completely disregarding I’m waiting to checkout or that the young lady TOLD her the items in the screen is for me and I need to checkout. I was completely waved off(as if I’m not a customer), mumbles something slick(I couldn’t make out what she said) and made the lady check him out.
Normally I wouldn’t write a bad review but idc who you are or where you work. In a customer service setting you DO NOT wave someone off as if they’re LESS important than someone else. There’s a way to do everything and for that I’ll NEVER go back to that McDonald’s. For the reader reading this the location is great I just pray you don’t run into that disgruntled worker and if you do she has a change of attitude. Because like...
Read moreNO! Please do not support this location.
The behavior of the manager at this establishment is utterly unacceptable. Witnessing her berate employees, yelling and resorting to name-calling, is deeply embarrassing and completely inappropriate. Moreover, the owner's support of such management practices is baffling and indicates a dire need for training on respectful treatment of staff.
The phrase “use your inside voice” is utterly condescending and out of place in a workplace—a reminder one expects in a daycare, not a professional setting. The manager's overbearing demeanor must end. We felt so uncomfortable that we chose to leave and eat elsewhere. Upon inquiring with an employee, we learned that such behavior is not an isolated incident but an everyday occurrence.
Additionally, the equipment at this facility is often malfunctioning or only partially operational. Employees face unpredictable work hours, with sudden schedule changes and reduced hours, underscoring a lack of regard for their well-being. This treatment of employees as expendable is indefensible.
While I did not ask why employees remain in these conditions, I empathize given today’s challenging job market. However, it is crucial to emphasize that this type of management tactic must cease. Disrespecting people is unacceptable. PERIOD.
For those working under such conditions, there are numerous other opportunities in the area, including other McDonald’s locations. Do not settle for working under such...
