Was picking up a doordash order tonight for a customer and first was greeted by a very nice friendly young lady black girl with red hair didn't see her name and that was the highlight of my trip to Wendy's. First of all they could not locate the order the girl with the dog collar was rude from the get-go and when they finally did bring out the order it was the girl with the dog collar she had the bag balled up in her hand it was not sealed it did not contain the barbecue sauce that the customer had ordered she did not have the drink that the customer ordered. I am quite sure that there was no straw in the bag and I felt like I didn't dare ask the girl with the dog collar to go back and get me anything else. I am definitely going to be contacting the general manager and if the general manager won't do anything about the girl with the dog collar then I will be contacting corporate. Furthermore if corporate won't do something about the girl with the dog collar I'm going to stand outside Wendy's with a sign and protest the girl with dog collar until she does lose her job. I will never ever ever spend a penny of my money there and if it is possible I'm going to avoid picking up any doordash orders from there ever again just do to the amount of rudeness that the girl with the dog collar was giving out. I suggest you stay away from this Wendy's because if she's that rude to people to their face I can't imagine what she might be doing...
Read moreI went to this location 7/8/2020 and was shocked to see only one employee, a gentleman, wearing face covering. Oh, I forgot I don't remember seeing gloves either except for the one gentleman. I asked for a Manager to inquire why their making food without face coverings just to be told it's not mandatory. Well, maybe, but the City of Titusville encourages face coverings:
The Titusville City Council held a Special Meeting on July 2nd approving Resolution Number 21-2020. Resolution 21-2020 “Encourages face coverings at all indoor locations throughout the city in order to minimize spread of the COVID-19 virus, subject to certain exceptions”. Resolution 21-2020 encourages every person working, living, visiting, or doing business in the city of Titusville to wear a face covering in any indoor location, other than their home or residence, when not maintaining social distancing from other persons(s), excluding family members or companion(s).
As a customer purchasing fast food I expect for all employees to wear face coverings and gloves because you should want to keep me safe. I encourage the employees to wear face coverings for their safety and the safety of their guest.
A month ago you were on it. I will not return to this location until...
Read moreLet's be honest, Wendy's isn't gourmet food and we don't expect a gourmet experience there.
That being said, I've been to this establishment multiple times throughout the days and I have mixed reviews.
In the mornings, the place is clean, the food is fresh, and the people are courteous. They take the time to make you feel welcome, provide a nice environment and go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience.
I give their morning crew a lot of respect and repeat business.
As much as I sing the praise of the morning crew I must also express my utter disappointment with the evening crew. As business picks up throughout the day the level of cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail plummets quickly.
By the end of the day the floors are disgusting the tables are disheveled and sticky, the soda machine is covered in grime and the bathrooms can only be described as a bio hazard.
So, if you're looking for a friendly, clean, courteous environment and you want your spicy chicken sandwich go ahead and go in the morning and enjoy your time. Otherwise avoid this location...
