First off, I just want to say i am not one to complain like this, however, I was so upset, I decided to take the time to post this review of this store, in hopes that they may train their Managers on how to successfully deal with unsatisfied customers. Johnathan who was the Manager on site when placing my order was rude and not helpful when I called him to tell him I was having trouble ordering Online, he insisted I just keep trying. Not helpful at all. He kept saying that I needed to input my Phone number and I told him at this point it has not asked me for my phone number yet and he insisted that it should have and thats all he kept saying, he didn't offer any help, I kept trying to place the order as we were talking and I was frustrated, but FINALLY the order placed online. I told him that we are in a specific building to please note it on the order, he said he would and then hung up. when I placed my order, it said I should have it delivered in 30 min. after 35 min, I went online to check the status and it said that my Pizza was JUST put in the oven, I only had 45 min lunch in which i spent all my time ordering and following up on the order. After over an hours wait, I finally called Johnathan to let him know the pizza was not delivered and all he said was at this time delivery takes 45 min to an hour 15 min. I told him the computer said 30 min. and he just replied, well delivery is 45 to one hour 15. Again NO Help whatsoever and he didn't care that I was upset, If I would have known it was going to take that long I would have never placed the order in the first place. However, he just said do you want me to cancel the order? At this point, I was livid, hungry and totally not happy with the customer service. He said he was Manager, but literally did absolutely nothing to satisfy me, the customer, basically just wanted to get off the phone, that was obvious. What happened to GOOD customer service???? So sad. I will NOT be ordering through them again, thanks to Jonathan and his terrible customer...

We don't really have just one favorite type of pizza, they have so many options as far as specialty pizzas, different styles of crust, as well as oven baked sandwiches, wings, little tots, pasta, and even mac and cheese! I recommend anyone should definitely try out the new stuffed crust (you do give up a little bit of toppings to make space for how thick the crust is, but depending on your cravings it's totally worth it!🤤😋) Plus, the seasonings on the hand tossed crust are so complimentary of the flavors in the sauce and toppings😀🧑🏻🍳🍕🍕🍕
*Quik tip: if you're anything like us and order enough to have leftovers we order extra sauce it makes it so the leftovers are more moist and scrumptious too!) *
Out of the tens of times that we have ordered from here ( very likely over 50 times) we have only ever had one order that had a mix-up we're in both pizzas had the same toppings instead of the two different styles of pizza that we ordered. I called as soon as I realized the problem when we were at home, and the manager was super helpful, offering to make a new pizza that night or to leave a credit on our account. Everything was handled very well and we were so thankful!
Also, be sure to remember that there are coupons for pick up instead of delivery that often are absolute gold! If you live anywhere near a Domino's carryout orders often save you so...
Read moreHorrible overall experience. Waited about 2hrs for 2 pizzas to be delivered to my work place. In the notes section I specifically wrote the names of 2 major stores near us and explained where we were exactly. We called the store they gave us his number to call him. At the same time the guy called left avm and told us he was lost in the mall. When we called him back he said he was downstairs and we directed him to take the escalator up, he said ok I'm heading upstairs. 20 minutes later, no pizza. I finally called the store again to let them know that at this point we all took our lunches without any food and asked what can be done about this entire situation. The guy said he had to speak to his manager, came back and offered to give us credit for the next order. I declined as I do not plan on ordering anything from Domino's again. He said ok, i'll just go ahead and cancel your order then. I said ok. Never again. We're all so upset and hungry, thank you team 21028 HAWTHORNE BLVD....
