I visited about a week and a half ago and Jacky helped me out! Jacky (and honestly everyone there, shout-out to the manger for also helping us out!) was so helpful and accommodating! Everyone knew what they were talking about and I asked a good amount of questions (about the warranty, features, and some other specifics).

I went to the store with the intention of buying a mattress and it was a pretty painless process (besides my financials, that one hurt a little).

The delivery service for Purple in my area then set up a date with me fairly quickly! The only qualm I had was that the delivery service changed the original time we had scheduled (which is fine, they confirmed it with me) and arrived an hour late after the 4 hour time slot they gave us. Great experience! I've been wanting a purple for a very long time now and I've finally decided to get one over the weekend!. Fernando was such a big help, he answered all of my questions about each mattress and helped me figure out which one works for me. Afterwards he broke everything down and how much everything was and went above and beyond with online discounts that we were able to apply to my purchases.
