I had the misfortune of deciding to eat here on my way back from Montauk. I wish i had not. First the good things- the ingredients used were quite good and that is reflected in the taste. Also, the seating in the garden at the back was pleasent. The service though was astoundingly bad. The young lady at the register was outright unpleasent and condescending. I ignored her though and went ahead with my order and thats when the nightmare started. First, she took my order and then complaint that they have ran out of the dishes i ordered. Unbelievably and comically, she made it sound as if it was my fault. Then she made me chose other dishes (of lesser dollar value) and then did not have the courtsey to even mention returning the balance. I even let that go as the difeerence was 1 or 2 bucks. Then, we ate a part of our order, and kept waiting for more than half hour when our patience ran out and i went and asked for the remaining dishes. She gave us the news that the kitchen is closed and we should wait for the owner to get my money back. After some discussion she finally agreed to reimburse my credit card back. Read moreBy S. Carrelli: Naturally good looks just like a normal small grocery store from the outside but is much, much more than that. Naturally Good sells all kinds of groceries that are super healthy… and some not so healthy. It is the perfect place to stop for weekly groceries, or a quick snack. Read moreOne of the cashiers was very rude and I hope I’m wrong, but she made me feel that I’m being discriminated against by my race (I’m the only Asian in the whole restaurant at that time)! I went there for the first time to get breakfast and I had an egg tortilla with avocado. The food was good so I decided to come back for lunch. I picked up a tuna sandwich and a chicken wrap, and got in line to get checked out. Despite being the first in line, the cashier told me that somebody else will check me out, and proceed to check out for a group behind me. I had to wait and two groups behind me were already being checked out, until another cashier came back and offered to check me out! This experience is very frustrating! I hope nobody else has to experience what I went through, and I wrote this comment to let people aware of this so they can avoid this restaurant! Hope you all have a great day! And the places you go to offer you...
