Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Wendys I feel like is one of the best fast food places out there. The food is extremely tasty and one specific thing I like about them is that the lettuce even tastes fresh and crisp (especially compared to other fast food places). One food that I usually order is the "chili cheese fries" when we carry out the chili cheese fries tastes amazing. But one little bad thing about Wendys is that as more people started relying on the drive through option because of the Corona virus pandemic the chili cheese fries feels rushed. The cheese isn't properly melted and literally looks like someone put refrigerated cheese and just dumped it on there instead of properly melting it. It is now 2:27AM. We arrived at the drive thru at 1:38PM ( I received a text while we were on line) waited in front of the speaker. Asking for help, beep the horn twice after a 15 minute wait. The car in front of moved up slowly so we thought they were under staff. Follow the car in front of us. He gets served and leaves. We pulled up to the windon. The man pretended that we were not outside. The worst drive-through ever. The men /women working have zero sense of customer service, give wrong orders, forget to provide napkin, ketchup or don't give you an item ordered. If the directions to the order has 2 steps, they'll miss 1 of the steps. When mentioning to the they did the order wrong, they don't ever apologize. Worst thing though is that they act very casual and not in a hurry and chat with each other while the drive through gets extremely long. Often-times, the drivethrough wait time is 25-30 mins long, which is unacceptable. Sometimes it's so long, and one wants to leave, but can't, because you're stuck...
