Very rude and unprofessional service. I went to make an order at the drive thru on 6/7/24 at approximately 12:30 pm and the experience was awful. We specifically said that we would be placing 3 separate orders. All of which were small orders. The employee never said that would be an issue. We tried placing the first and second order and the employee could not get it right and insisted that we tried using the same number on the app for a deal which we didn’t because we had separate apps. He just couldn’t seem to understand or get it right. After pulling up to the window he (he being the younger heavy set employee) was extremely rude and said if we wanted to make a third order we’d have to go inside & I explained that we mentioned it at the speaker and wasn’t informed. With the rudest tone he said well I’m telling you now and that’s the rules. So I did not place an order because I refuse to spend money at a place that has terrible customer service. Woman over the loud speaker kept asking what I wanted every 5 seconds and when I asked if you had grilled chicken snack wraps (which weren't on the menu) she huffed when I asked how much the were. I then ordered something else and was given a price. Went to the window and they didnt have the order correct. The lady at the window fixed the order bit then charged me more then the menu said . When I brought up the price was wrong she huffed multiple times and asked if I want my money back . I stated I would like what I ordered at the price on the menu. She then looked at me annoyed and huffed yet again and said do you want to speak to a manager . I said that would be nice. 2 minutes later a man came to the window, told me angerly that I could get out of the car and he would meet me out back. I then just asked for my money back and he kept talking like a tough guy Finally I got my money back and went to popeye's a few places down and had a wonderful lunch without any problems!!! Each day, the same employee messes up my order, causing me to pay more for the wrong food. Today was the last straw: she not only got my coffee wrong but also denied me a refund when I pointed it out.
I believe that if a customer orders an item and it’s unavailable, they should be entitled to a refund. Forcing someone to accept the wrong item feels like theft. Imagine going to a store to buy men’s jeans, only to be told you have to buy women’s underwear instead—or receive no refund at all. That’s like holding my hard-earned money hostage.
This employee seemed more focused on defending her position than on ensuring customer satisfaction, even while representing a multi-billion dollar corporation that should value its supporters.
