Update: Well yesterday 12/26/23 was my last time I am ever going to this location. Now that they don't allow mobile ordering trying to get lunch in a 30 minute window is impossible when there is a line of 20 people. It also seems like this store is always out of something. How do you run out of veggies? This isn't what did it for me tho. I was explaining to the cashier that I had a free drink reward in my Chipotle app because last time I had Chipotle delivered to my house they forgot my Blackberry Izze. I had contacted support and the app loaded the reward for me (which had an expiration date for whatever reason). As I was having this discussion, and asking the cashier how I can redeem it to get my drink that I had paid for a week ago but never received upon delivery, the man that put together my burrito bowl (I didn't catch his name but he had long hair in a pony tail) proceeded to interrupt our convo & said very loud, rude, and extremely condescendingly "THATS IMPOSSIBLE WE DON'T DO ONLINE ORDERING SO THAT NEVER HAPPENED". first of all, I never once said it was that particular store, and second, I wasn't speaking to that person I was speaking to the cashier, and third, when you order through the Chipotle app you never know which location it comes from, because they never tell you so I didn't understand what his point was or why he was trying to argue with me and acted like I was lying or saying that their store did anything wrong cuz that clearly wasn't the case but he would have known that if he was the one having the conversation with me, but no, he wasn't, he was just interjecting himself & acting defensive for no reason at all, I was just trying to explain to the cashier what happened because he tried to tell me the free drink didn't cover those beverages, only fountain soda. Which is ridiculous considering I had paid for a Blackberry Izze. The cashier ended up making it right but the actions and immaturity of the man on the make table left me as a customer whom gives a lot of my money to Chipotle, a horrible taste in my mouth, and as someone who also works in customer service I was appalled at the way I was treated when I didn't do anything wrong & was made to look like I was trying to scam them or something. It's a shame because I always felt like that location always had the better tasting meat, always seasoned & cooked to perfection, but it's not worth it to me if I'm going to be treated like absolute garbage by your employees all over a bottle of soda. I'll take my hard earned money and my pride elsewhere.**
( This is usually my favorite location. Today I ordered lunch through the app and received a confirmation that my order would be ready for pick-up at this location at 12:10PM. I only have a 30 min. lunch break so you can imagine my surprise to pull up at 12:10 only to find that the doors were locked. My debit card was still charged and I wasted my lunch break trying to pick up an order that I never even received. How can people still order from this location through the app if the store isn't...
Read moreI've eaten at Chipotle a hundred times and this is by far the worst Chipotle we've ever eaten at. The restaurant was absolutely filthy and smelled like trash. The floors, windows, doors, tables, chairs, drink station were all covered in grime, dirt, and food stains. The floor leading to the kitchen was covered in trampled spilled bits of food. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned (ever?) and smelled like pee, were out of toilet paper, and dirtier than public restrooms at a beach. The smell made us feel sick and I felt terrible bringing my small kiddos in. BOTH workers at the front were high and unable to properly help customers. There was zero eye contact, zero acknowledgment, zero smiles, zero small talk. They both moved so slowly the line of customers hardly moved. My husband asked for barbacoa meat and when the worker couldn't find tongs for the meat (he did a painfully slow 360 spin looking for tongs) we just acquiesced and asked for something different because the service was so painfully slow. I was shocked at how terrible the service and smells were. There were 3 other workers at the store in the back, finally someone else came up to help. No sign of a manager. If there is a manager at this location they don't care at all. To be honest, I'm calling the health inspector because the condition of the restaurant was just so bad. I don't think we'll ever be back.
Based on all the previous reviews it looks like Chipotle couldn't care less what an individual location does. It's really shocking. The guys working the front were high or intoxicated. Literally closing their eyes for long periods of time, looking down, looking sick. It was embarrassing and hard for me to have my children in this...
Read moreThe last few times I've gone here it's been an utter mess, not the appearance but the staff. They are completely unorganized and the fact that they really don't care to give good quality customer service and meals is evident. This last time is a perfect depiction of this, First coming in I could tell it was not going to go good, there was a line of 7-8 people and the only people they had on the ordering line were the register and the last person wrapping the food, the other 5-6 people were in the kitchen standing there talking. When it came my turn I ordered 2 burritos and a cheese quesadilla, the last 3 times I've been here the burritos are literally falling apart and the quesadilla does come with the rest of the meal, anyway on the sign it says cheese quesadilla with a side of beans, rice and choice of fruit or chips but for some reason every time I order this it ALWAYS is just comes with the cheese quesadilla and nothing else. I brought it up to the register they gave me a side of beans and that's it and charged me for the whole meal. Didn't listen to me at all. I don't get people working in this industry anymore because it's not just here, it's happened to me at literally every fast food place I've gone recently. I get not liking the job you have, I've done that myself, but when someone pays for something you need to put your pride away and do what your getting paid to do. If you don't like what your doing go find something else. It's possible believe me. Needless to say I'm not coming back. I'm just going to get more groceries because I'm tired of wasting my...
