I would give this 5 stars bc the smoothies taste great but consistently I have gone in the last several times and not gotten my full smoothie. I order a small but I add 3 fruits and sherbert and it doesn't get upsized. I paid for that food. Stop shorting your customers what they pay for. Train your new people this immediately. It should be one of the first things they are told when they go on the floor. They shouldn't even be allowed to make smoothies if they don't know to give the customer what they paid for. They probably dumped over 150cals of my breakfast down the drain. This isn't a regular drink at a regular restaurant. These are smoothies that are meals. Would you cut off a third of my burger bc it's a little big for the plate? No. So don't throw away my smoothie. We pay over 10 bucks per drink. Stop shorting your customers or give them some money back when they come to pick up bc you aren't given them all the drink...

Iām not sure what her name is, but whoever was here with wearing the Christmas headband hiding in the ask at 11:30 while her coworker is stacked with customers. Now thereās around 7 people waiting⦠to find out this girl is working alone because the other is on a break at the worst time to take a break. Right now is lunch hourā¦. Sounds like this girl decorated in Christmas wear doesnāt know how to manage her time or support her coworkers at a time when itās needed most. Just thought Iād share some...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreShowed up at 8:45pm tonight to get a smoothie , they said they were closed, the sign on the door said they were open till 9pm. I asked why they were closed, the girls just said they closed and locked the door and walked away. 3 other employees were in the parking lot waiting for them , it seemed liked they had plans to go somewhere and did not care about closing early . A couple other customers showed up but were also turned away without a reason why they were closed early. That will be the last time I will ever frequent that Jamba juice , I guess customer service just don't matter to them . They don't even deserve 1 star, but you have to give them something for a rating for review. This was on Monday...
