I was trying to trade my paid-off phone. S21 ultra at the Tualatin store. I was the only one in the store and I was guaranteed to get the deal to get an iphone watch with a trade-in for free. I was told by Sam it didn't exist. Before I came I already talked with corporate and came in the day before. The deal was recognized and I was told if I came before 8 pm I could get everything done. The next day I came into the store and the two employees were both on their phones no other customers were in the store. Employee Sam was the one who was supposed to help me and refused to do a data transfer from an Android to an IPhone. He said it takes too long. As I was picking my watch out I asked the other employee Abram if he could get me the watch to look at. He said he would get the watch then went back to a desk and played on his phone. When I saw Abram I asked to see the watch Abram said Sam was helping me and shrugged his shoulders. I was told by Sam there was no deal and I could do the transfer myself and send the phone to him. Then Sam proceeded to tell me to open a new line and pay full price for both the phone and watch today. My phones paid off and I have the deal but both employees were very rude and told me to come back tomorrow. I am a cancer patient and I told Sam that it's hard for me to keep coming back. I was at the store with plenty of time to do the transfer even if I didn't get the watch.
I thought T-mobile was better than that. I can just go back to Verizon at least I get my deals and less rudeness. I'm disappointed and would not recommend this...
Read moreThis store is the best customer service you can receive at a cell service. I came here because I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra at a different store (187D) and needed to return same day within 3 hours of purchase. The original store refused to refund me giving me the run around saying they can't do a reverse on the restock fee and that it needed to be more than 24hours befofe they can. This phone was still brand new, unopened, and all tabs untouched.
Came to this store and Colby (store associate) heard about my experience and really went above and beyond to escalate my issue to management. The other store left us on hold, and prior to being placed on hold, we could hear them whispering and still didn't pick up for over 30 minutes because they saw that it was another store calling. Colby spoke to his manager and was able to reverse the sale including the restocking fee because they could see that the other store was playing games and trying to not refund me. Colby, Sam and everyone in the store needs to be recognized for their superb customer service. It was such a pain in the a** with the other store and were super shady. Don't go to the t-tobile store at 12229 N Center Ave, stay far and clear of that store, it's a third party mobile and not a corporate store...
Read moreMy 80-year old dad thought he needed a new phone, so I agreed to go with him to the T-Mobile location in Tualatin over other locations closer to him because of good experiences I have had with the Tualatin location in the past.
Walked in, greeted right away and sat down with Colby who took about 15 seconds looking at my dad's phone to reach the conclusion that his phone was not only 'fine' but probably had 3 years left of life easily. He showed my dad a few things that were slowing up his phone, found out my dad was receiving texts because he had accidentally blocked some senders and said the only thing he would recommend was a new case which (as an OtterBox) has a lifetime warranty and even told us how to get a new case free!
I want to commend Colby for taking the time and having the patience to explain all this to my dad without ever once pushing a new phone. His kindness and honesty were refreshing and I just wanted to make sure his efforts were rewarded with a positive review for others to...
