Very disappointing value. Even utilizing the coupons, the cost of the food was not in-line with what was received. They get one star because person who took my money was friendly and because it won't let me give them zero stars...
We used the 2 for $5.99 EA coupon for an Italian Sub and a pasta dish. The sub was very small and had very little meat. It was at best a $1.99-$2.49 sub. The alarming thing is it is regularly priced at $7.99 which is absurd for what you get unless you have an unlimited supply of money or you don't have to earn your money so value is of no concern to you. You will get a much better value (and quality) for your $5.99-$7.99 @ Jersey Mike's...the Jersey Mike's across the freeway from Domino's is very good and friendly. The pasta dish was an equally disappointing value. It's also regularly priced at $7.99 which is equally absurd as their sub for what you get. Add about $3 more dollars, drive about 2 miles up the street into Sherwood, order take out at the Spaghetti Factory and you get a 3-course meal (soup/salad, a generous & tasty portion of a variety of pasta dishes, and dessert) and yes the Spaghetti Factory in Sherwood is very friendly as well.
The other coupon we used was $7.99 EA for 2 Large 3-Topping Pizzas Carry-Out deal. Same as above...VERY poor value for what you get. At checkout it said I saved over $21 which is even more absurd than the above (don't know why I keep saying absurd...sorry...ridiculous would work too as would several politically incorrect ones as well). I think if I would have paid full price for the disappointment I found in the boxes when I got home I'd most likely be incarcerated at the moment...because I would have driven back there growing angrier and angrier the closer I got to Domino's and probably snapped as I walked in their door. To avoid incarceration and/or a possible stroke, do yourself a favor and for about the same price go to Little Caesars down the street from Hazelbrook Middle School (I wish I could remember the cross streets, but there is a McDonald's, Starbucks, Panda Express, and gas station with an A&W in it across the street/catycorner from this particular Little Caesars).
Was going to let this go and consider it a learning experience, but I received one of those "rate your experience" type notifications...
So boiling this down to a cliffsnotes summary...save yourself from incarceration by AVOIDING Domino's unless you "get your money for nothing" (for all you Dire Straits fans). Go anywhere but Domino's or better yet for similar prices go to Jersey Mike's if you want a sub, Spaghetti Factory for pasta, and Little...

Worst customer service experience - this “manager” Justin, hangs up on people when their order doesn’t arrive
After ^that terrible experience my husband insists we just order from our local dominos and that Caleb the new owner has turned the place around, we just found out of a death in the family and couldn’t muster the strength to make dinner after working all day,
We call in - 8 minutes - Our drive there is just about that, he goes to get the food and Ezra “forgot” to put the order in, he offered lava cakes as an apology and an offer to wait till they can make our order since my husband said we will just stop somewhere else on our way home, We end up waiting, 8 minutes 10 minutes 15 minutes 31 minutes, 31 minutes later my husband goes back inside and they STILL haven’t finished our order, mind you there is ONE other order on the screen at the time of ours
Ezra is completely rude, we pay, we leave, My husband says to go back and that him being rude to him was one thing but to be rude to me when I went inside after, is not okay and we need to get a refund.
Still waiting for Caleb to call us back, idk how hard it is to tell the truth, if it was a 30 minute wait, let us know and we can make a decision but to lie and be rude and disrespectful is not...
Read moreI had a absolutely horrible experience with this Domino’s. I ordered around 11:30. They said it would be done with in 18 to 38 minutes an hour later it’s still not done I let it be for a while and I’m starting to get really hungry. It says it was delivered and it was not we re-fix the problem, and they go remake the pizzas which took another extra 30 minutes, they come to my apartments and go to an area that’s not even where my complex is. The driver did not deliver it and claimed it was delivered then left. We called them back and they said they were going to have him turn around. it would be there soon. It has been 20 minutes, they barely spoke to us and I also still do not have my food. It’s 2:30 and it’s closer to my dinner time than my lunchtime. Don’t order from this Domino’s. It absolutely sucks.
Edit: It’s 5 minutes later, I called them and they started blaming it on us. We messed up the address 1 time and then fixed it. The other times it was there fault. I was trying to talk to I believe Ryan, he hung up on me once I told him we fixed the address. Never...
