Absolutely the most filthy McDonald’s I have ever been to. I frequent this location at least three times a week, because unfortunately I live next to this one. Anytime I go to buy food on the inside, there is always trash everywhere, crumbs on all the tables, and ants over by the drink bar. The sad part is, is they are usually very slow when I’m seeing these problems. It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, because I’m actually friends with the general manager. That doesn’t change my opinion about this restaurant. Anytime I go through the drive-through, about 75% of the time my order is messed up. The only good thing about that is, is I think they know that they’re training people right now, so they always replace my food with no questions asked. More than three times now, I have had a quarter pounder deluxe made as a single cheeseburger. I know it’s just an error on the expos end because my receipt is right, but the burger as well as the ticket on the box CLEARLY says cheeseburger, not qpc deluxe. I’ve had excellent experience with Javon I believe his name is. He’s usually my drive threw guy, as well as Aj, they’re both always very polite, and seem like they actually meant “how are you today?” In fact, I don’t think I even get asked how I am from anyone else. I understand you guys maybe understaffed, but the staff that you have needs some major work. I’ve been in food service for 5 years, worked in 4 different locations, I’ve been understaffed, I’ve been on entire crew that was just hired and no clue what to do. I can UNDERSTAND why this is happening, but what I don’t understand is the lack of caring from most of the employees. I know this is a long review but I’ve lived here for over a year and have dealt with problems with you guys for too long. I’m going to contact corporate because something needs to change. Read moreThis place is always slow as heck! They take forever each car like 20+ minutes even for simple things like a drink. One night the manager told me to hold on and took forever, then when he finally decided to take my order he was rushing me and being rude so I called him out and said "after all that time I HAD TO WAIT you can't give me a second to order? Or are you just going to rush me!?" He got so mad he leaned out the window yelling trying to fight me and then refused to make my food like a little girl throwing a tantrum, then he told my girlfriend that was in the car with me "why don't you get your little dog home!" And said if I don't leave he will call the cops, so I asked him to please call the cops so I can show them the video of you hanging out the window threatening me then he refused to call them 😂 Other than that they are all ghetto and all seem to live within walking distance and the area is not that great so the reason you have to wait in the drive thru so long is because while you as the customers all sit and wait patiently to even get your order taken to be able to pay and get what you pay for all the employees will be busy handing out free stuff to all their friends and family! They have tried to charge me for a cup of water but sit and hand out oatmeal to their homegirl or a mcflurrys to their aunt, but you buy a bunch of food and ask for a free water and they want $1.00 for the cup😂😂😂 I use to get coffee here every morning and it was good for about a month and then the employees started ignoring me how I want it and it would always be different. Read moreI opened my app, found a $1 off qp w/ cheese, placed order making sure cashier acknowledged coupon reference and no onion request, no one else was ahead of me so instantly got to the remodeled window one so I handed over my cash with correct change to the busy cashier, she only briefly glanced over while finishing her transaction, when she finally looked up she saw me still holding up my phone with the code on it, she then made a "hump" sound and said "next time" followed by "it's too late" & "you did it wrong", me, still confused, am realizing I'm paying a $7+ change for a qp w/ c w/o onions and a small shake. Feeling disappointed I asked cashier "ok if I did it wrong? Next time I should: mention coupon when ordering and give phone code at window.....? (I believe that is what I did?) Cashier was quick to agree with an added "or give code at order screen or make sure before money is taken (I think this is where the blame was handed back to the customer?). I gave a unappreciated customer glance back and proceeded to get my order included with what looks to be extra onions a great small shake. I found out about the onions and pulled over to go back inside to get this all corrected......but also NO RECEIPT! So me being in a rush ect looked for a place to make a small complaint, nothing easy in the app, nothing easy on the web page, maybe it was posted on the receipt.....?? Anyways I think I could have received the same order with fries for cheaper if I would have ordered from combo and no punch for my McCafe' Over all small stuff but I will avoid this location for the short future.
