I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL UP UNTIL TODAY . August ,24,2023 at the Congress location @4-4:30pm Both workers were extremely rude , I felt like my presence was very unwanted because both employees gave me dirty looks the second I walked inside .Although the female with the short black taper fade was obviously annoyed with my questions about the different açaí bowls , I still managed to kill her with kindness &” even tipped thinking maybe it would make their day &” attitude better . But nope !!! the service was still super UNPROFESSIONAL &” this truly made me feel really uncomfortable, because I’m always super respectful to anybody working in the food industry because I know how people can get when it comes to their food speaking from personal experiences. But Topping it off the bowl was also super unappetizing as if it was made very carelessly &” I’ve honestly NEVER had this issue before . I had even left a review down below from a previous visit .But now my review will stay at 1 ⭐️ Hopefully management takes recognition of this because this is completely not okay to treat residents of downtown who support local businesses this way &” I just hope these workers don’t treat everyone this way because it will definitely be my last time back here .

Went in on a Sunday morning and ordered a sweet greens juice and a sweet tooth bowl (no chocolate chips, sub banana). The juice is good and the smoothie bowl is great. The smoothie itself tastes like some sort of recees ice cream and I love the amount of granola. I just wish I got some more berries on top. The inside of the space is cute. A few tables inside and a few outside, too. The woman that helped me was nice. Did she seem excited to be there on a Sunday morning? No. But she greeted me when I walked in and wished me a good day when I was leaving. Some reviews mentioned the service was bad and I’m not sure what their experience was but I think some people walk into places expecting to be wowed. Unfortunately not everyone is in a position to be excited about their job especially in retail. Super delicious juices and avocado toast. I can't wait to go back today honestly if the customer service was as good as the juices I would go back every day but the kids that work there are just sort of there not excited to work and not excited for the customers they don’t say hi when you walk in and kinda take their time making the order. When you are out trying to make better life choices you look for community and friendship maybe helpful advice. They kind of take the fun out of Health. Everything here is nutritious. They’ve got a great product. They’ve got a great price point.
