Customer service could be more welcoming. I walked in and the cashier just stared at me until I ordered, it would've been less awkward if I'd been greeted or at least smiled at. I ordered three drinks and two macarons, total was around $34 after tip. I received the macarons immediately after ordering, oreo and ube flavor. They were really not good at all. The ube tasted like the inside of a fridge. The oreo one tasted like artifical chocolate. No problem, it was a first try and now I know not to get them again. Then came the drinks. I usually order at the Tacoma location, the Jasmine milk tea with oreo crumbles. What I received here was a very transparent colored drink, and it tasted like straight water with oreo crumbs. I looked around at other customers' milk teas and they looked much more milky. I stood in line to inform them of the issue. The guy looked at me with a blank face with no apology and called over who I believe was the manager. I explained the issue and she also did not apologize or acknowledge the fact that the drink was clearly off. She agreed to replacedthe drink. I asked if it was possible to get the OG Milk tea instead, without the oreo. She said it was okay, I really appreciate her for that as I hate bringing up issues at all as customer, anywhere. She then asked if I'd like light ice. I said regular was okay. The issue was never with the ice level of my original drink which seemed to be implied. I received it already watered down. I am adding a star because I heard her ask them to make my tea on the fly so I did not have to wait long at all. The new tea tasted a bit watered down too, but still better than the first. Maybe the flavors are just not as bold at this location. Unfortunately this visit fell short to me, and I will not be returning. Had I gotten a more sympathetic experience or even a bit more of a good vibe from the cashier, I...

This Bobalust Tea House location is actually pretty close to home and its always popping! Sometimes customers are spilling out of the store because the location is a bit smaller than Kirkland. Overall, customer service is pretty good. I asked a few questions and I ended up getting a Green Thai Tea & the OG milk tea with 0% sweetness. If you are unsure about the the sweetness level you can always ask for a sample, they are usually able to provide that as long as they are not super busy. 0% sweetness was actually just right for the OG Milk tea, so I'm glad I was able to try it out first! We got regular ice level and with boba and the drink was good! Boba was excellent consistency, more on the chewy side, but not hard in the middle or anything. I would say the tea doesn't have a super strong tea flavor, its a little more on milky side, but still really good. I personally like my boba tea with a stronger tea flavor, but I do enjoy to change it up every once in a while.

I do wish they had the small cubes of chewable, slushee ice inside their drinks. I noticed that the Kirkland location does this and its a bit more fun to drink and I like being able to sip up ice with the straw as you get to the bottom of your drink.

They have lots of different drink options, great for all boba lovers. I think next time I'll have to try the pure tea options for a less milky / heavy drink. Good thing they are close to us, so plenty of opportunity to get more boba...

Meh! I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, and I was recently in the area so I stopped by. I got the Thai tea and got my husband the Lychee black tea. The thai tea was just okay. Definitely was lacking that little under layer of "oomf" that thai tea has. My husbands drink was a little weird. It tasted like very strong perfume without the bitter taste at the end. It was such a strange experience. We both kept taking sips of it trying to figure out what was going on. It's not like it was gross, just very very odd. The boba was a little soggier than I like but that could be a personal preference thing.

The guy taking my order was very nice and personable considering how busy they were. The organization of the drinks was a little crazy. Our two drinks had been sitting on the back counter for a solid 5 minutes before he gave it to me. He kept grabbing the drinks, rearranging them, taking an order, going back to the drinks, rearranging them again, and then taking another order. A group of us could tell all of our drinks were just sitting there and a couple people were definitely trying to say something but it was just way too busy. I probably won't come back as there's better places...

Loved this place! I had heard so much positive feedback about the milk teas here and had to give it a whirl. Went in and right away the first thing that caught my attention was how clean the cafe was. Everything neatly and meticulously placed very aesthetically appealing and up-to-date furnishings. Their menu has so much to chose from and ways to customize a drink, it makes everything look good in every way. I ordered the thai green tea with honey boba and the purple galaxy which is a blend of taro and oreo and I added honey boba in this one also. Their flavors are great and not overwhelming to the taste pallets. The boba, fresh and soft but a nice little chew to them, ans maybe the best boba I've ever had. The staff is super friendly, young, and hip... which is exactly what a trending shop like this needs. Inmanaged to escape with 2 drinks for $11 which is more than fair un today's market of over inflated prices. Great job to their owners and team.

Bobalust is very disappointing usually! I’ve had it 4 times before and never was able to finish a whole drink. This time though, It was decent. I ordered the Thai green tea milk tea. Service is really good, people at the register were nice and personable. Service was quick too, they were pretty busy, Saturday night. The drink itself is very sweet at regular sweetness but not a lot of flavor, I ordered the salt cream and they gave me a very small amount, a finger as you can see on the second to last picture. Prices are really good in comparison with other bubble tea places, will likely give it another try!

Edit: came back here after a long while and tried it again. This time the tea was actually quite good! Even on 50% sugar, it retained a really nice tea flavor and wasn’t bland at all. The boba was small, chewy, and honey-sweet. I liked it a lot! Maybe last time I came was just a bad time. Always worth to give places like this multiple tries Old review: The boba tea itself was pretty mid, and the boba was very tasteless and undercooked (like eating balls of rubber). The macaroons were great though!! Albeit very overpriced.
