Service and Atmosphere: 2 Stars The service felt rushed, and two employees in particular seemed disengaged and inattentive. They did not appear interested in listening to customers, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Another staff member repeatedly asked us to repeat our order, yet still failed to provide what we requested. Overall, the process was chaotic, disorganized, and lacked hospitality. Additionally, some food labels were missing or mismatched, adding to the confusion.
Food: 4 Stars The price point of $9.99 for a two-side, one-entrée dish was reasonable. The turon, chicken adobo, and pork adobo were flavorful and well-seasoned. The adobos leaning more on the sweeter side without being overly vinegary or salty. However, the mini eggs in the adobo were noticeably overcooked, suggesting they had been sitting in the dish too long. The lumpia and pancit were acceptable but not remarkable. Unfortunately, the food was served at room temperature, which diminished the overall quality—likely due to the slow-moving line.
Overall Impression The food itself shows promise, with certain dishes standing out in flavor, but the overall experience was impacted by poor service, long waits, and inattentive staff. The cashier was the only friendly employee, though service at checkout was slow. I would consider returning when it is less crowded, with the hope that service and attentiveness improve to match the potential of the food.

Read moreThe food is okay. We like the dinuguan, pork belly, paksiw and BBQ skewers. My mother in law likes their kare kare and palabok. The grilled tilapia was kind of dry and bland. I've read some reviews saying that they are stingy with their portions but we've never had that problem. It always seems more than what we expect and sometimes they give an extra skewer or piece of whatever meat we order.
The thing that made me take away an extra star was that the staff made fun of and laughed at me for mispronouncing one of the dishes. I don't speak Tagalog nor do I understand it but I have been trying to learn the basics. It was very discouraging and quite rude when one employee laughed out loud and proceeded to tell the others around her who joined in the laughter while pointing at the source of the mispronunciation. I almost walked away but it would've been rude of me to do so seeing that they had already packaged the food items I asked for. Since then, I have not tried to pronounce the foods but rather just point at what we want as the style suggests - turo turo (point point...
Read moreI just want to share with you the delicious food of my birth country the Philippines.
I also thank God for America because if General McArthur didn’t save us, there would be no Philippines! Be a proud American! No country is perfect but by far America is one of the greatest countries in the world!
Anyways!
Sorry for the pic, I was already devouring it when I remembered that I was going to write a review! 😂😅
I got a #7 Milkfish with rice and a side of pork stew. I asked for a side of seasoned vinegar for dipping the fish in. Makes it yummier in my opinion.
The way I describe Filipino food is like it has an abundance of flavor and love just like most of my people’s.
I recommend trying out our food, I believe you will enjoy it. Have a great day and may God bless you! I ask in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
