Sharetea Plus Tukwila — Restaurant in Tukwila

This ShareTea is a hit or miss; I read through some of the reviews on how renton was better in a few ways compared to tukwil- I agree. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes sometimes don't.

For the most times, customer service is okay (not the best but not the worst). I went today and ordered a Mango Passion Fruit Green tea, but once I looked at the mini printed version of the menu (I had grabbed one, upon walking in, since I can't read the sign without my glasses) I saw that the Mango Passion Fruit Green tea was instead "Mango Passion Fruit Tea" (no Green tea).

Once I saw this, I went to go ask the cashier if she could instead take out the green tea and just make it "Mango Passion Fruit Tea" on the printed menu.

Instead of being polite about it, she said "what do you mean." In a rude condescending tone. And continued "you need a tea base". As I said "ah, nevermind then" in a neutral tone, she continued to be rude by looking to her coworker and rolling her eyes.

Although it could seem as a redundant question, it doesn't hurt to answer the question politely - without attitude, being rude, and especially giving an eye roll to your coworker.

She worked at cashier and its apart of customer service, she didn't need to be rude nor give a look to her coworker. It was unnecessary, I simply asked a question/request and once I heard it wasn't doable, it was okay.

Also, I've never received such rude attitude before until today's visit, so to the manager and fellow coworkers - do better. Also, if your printed pictures don't match what your printed/digital menu says, might want to update and check that as noone is truly wrong since one says this and the other says that as official drinks.

Ahh perhaps it's worth noting that I am 18 years old, but sometimes look younger than my age. They didn't take me seriously and thought it was okay to be rude.

I ordered the sweet and spicy rice cake and soy and garlic chicken wings and corn dogs minis and mac & cheese bites! The soy and garlic Wings was a hit 4 sure, I will definitely order that again! The sauce on my rice cake which was sweet and spicy was not at all appetizing to my liking, Should’ve got the soy and garlic! The corn dog minis was just like a corn dog from the freezer! I’ve come to this sharetea twice this week and was super disappointed with the customer services here, especially the lady wearing glasses named Thanh. She did a terrible customer service and gave me a really uncomfortable look whenever I walked in. Today I came in ordering a classic pearl milk tea, wintermelon tea and a mac cheese. I and my friend was talking and waiting for a few minutes then I saw my order was finished but she just started walking back in the kitchen without calling the number. No one did.
