Unfortunately, I will very most likely never go back to this location. I went here with my son and my sister-in-law (whom we just picked from the nearby airport) because I had enough points for a free entree on my app. When paying, I insisted with the employee that I pay with my buritto entree separately because I want to redeem my points separately on the more expensive entree (a steak burrito instead of vegetable tacos). He told me I don't have to do that because it will automatically take off my burrito. When I scanned the app, I asked again if it took off my burrito and he replied that it did. So I paid for it all together. When I looked at the receipt, it did what I was afraid it was going to in the first place: it took off the less expensive entree in the transaction. When I raised it with the cashier, he went to the back to "ask the manager," came back after a few seconds and said they can't do anything because the payment has already gone through. I do not know if it was a deliberate act to mess with a customer or the employee was just not well trained on their system. But needless to say, this experience just rubbed me the wrong way. I usually like Chipotle (why I would have the app and invite my sister-in-law to eat there given the other choices in the area) but I marked this location off as one to avoid. Well, on second thought, I do not really have to go back to any of their...

After landing, I initially planned to eat at Five Guys — but since nearly everything there is beef-based, I decided to skip it. Instead, I went to Chipotle Mexican Grill and ordered a chicken burrito. It turned out to be way more filling and satisfying than I expected.
The burrito was massive — stuffed with rice, beans, grilled chicken, salsa, and other toppings, all tightly rolled and packed. I only made it halfway before feeling completely full. I had also ordered fries on impulse… and quickly surrendered. For someone jet-lagged and just off a flight, it was like a survival kit in food form.
Chipotle is often known as “fast-food-style Mexican cuisine” in the U.S., praised for its fresh ingredients and full customization. It’s also quite diet-friendly — great for those avoiding beef, dairy, or even going vegetarian. You can build your own meal with white or brown rice, or even cauliflower rice, plus proteins like chicken, steak, tofu, or veggies.
Some reviewers do mention minor issues — rice can be too wet or too dry depending on the day, and burrito wrapping depends on the staff. Still, overall, it’s a reliable and satisfying choice that’s quick, filling, and full of flavor.
If you’re just arriving in the U.S. and want a safe bet that won’t disappoint, Chipotle is definitely a...
Read moreUnfriendly; Rude; Poor customer service; Small portions; Incorectly made orders; Missing sides. This use to be a good store a few years ago, but now they seem to delight in doling out the smallest possible amount of food possible for what they are charging -- the rice bowls i ordered were 1/3 filled. The rice in the bowl didn't even cover the whole bottom of the bowl. One bowl had three green peppers in it - that was the 'fajitas' - three super thin slices. When I asked to talk to the manger regarding Carmen's (Female) customer service and unwillingness to actually make the bowl look anything near what the picture of the food on the menu looks like (the bowl on the menu has a reasonable amount of food in it) he asked if i wanted the bowl or not. I stated i didn't want it if it was only going to be a third full and he said they had limited supplies so they have to cut back... so they are charging the same amount for two thirds less and expecting people to be ok with it. I opted not to finish the order and will no be going to Chipotle's any more - they've really degraded in customer service and quality - and their probably about due for another E. Coli/Botulism outbreak anyway cause it's been about two years since their food...
