THEY SELL ILLEGAL FRAUDULENT DEVICES!!!!

Very sketchy place. First red flag is you can only pay with cash, meaning you can’t pay for the phone with your card. Probably because they don’t wanna leave a paper trial on those phones. Second red flag is, when I got there the guy told me he had to see the call I made to the shop to make sure I was the one that called him about the shop, as if they aren’t in the mall. Like why do I have to show you my call to the store as if you guys aren’t in the mall, sketchy…. Anyway. I went here to get a new iPhone. I live 15/25 minutes out from the mall and I had just got with Verizon so I couldn’t put my SIM card in just yet. So I just payed for the phone. But before I left the man told me “if the SIM card doesn’t work when you put it in the phone come back and we’ll fix the issue” which I thought was very sketchy because why wouldn’t it work? to make a long story short i had left, went to Verizon and I ended up getting my SIM card, put it in the phone and the fraudulent company immediately locked my phone number down just from me putting my SIM card in this places phone. Verizon told me that whoever I bought the phone from I need to take the phone back immediately because the phone was under investigation through the fraudulent company. So i immediately took it back, the people at this store told me Verizon was quote on quote "lying" and that their phones aren’t fraudulent but if that was the case the fraudulent company wouldn’t have immediately locked my phone number when I put it in this places device. They wrote me out a 30 day warranty just to make me pay 40 more dollars for a new phone because I didn't want their fraudulent phone (which was their fault not mine) so the 30 day warranty they wrote down really didn’t matter because they made me pay for something that was not at all my problem. Long story short, DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Very sketchy. They only care about getting money from you, their “30 day warranties” really aren’t 30 day warranties they just write that out for you to feel better. But if there’s any problems with the phone they give you because of them, they’re gonna make you pay for a new one wether they give you a warranty or not. This place NEEDS to...

Horrible customer service, and money hungry business that wanna scam the customers!

So I came here on may 20th 2024 to buy a phone for my daughter, I ended up with a iPhone X for $240 then I decided to buy a case as well for the phone, I was told all the cases were $20 on the rack and I can pick whichever one i would like, ultimately I picked a cute purple one with rhinestones. I asked about the refund policy and was told no refunds only exchange!!!

So anyway I get home My daughter got in trouble at school so I decided to give it to my son but he didn’t like the case, so I went back the next day and tried to exchange the case, not only did he call the case that had a little finger smug “damaged” he argued about not wanting to exchange it! Then tries to overcharge me for the cases that was only $20!!! I even went to the restroom to clean the smudges and he was still hesitant to exchange the case!! He even called security on me because I was confused on why he wouldn’t just follow the policy they have!! Customers beware this place has used phones and won’t take back a 1 day old case, that says a lot about this business! If anyone is considering buying a phone from this company I highly suggest you DO NOT. I bought a phone from this company and they did not fully disclose return and exchange policy. If you have issues with The phone you just bought from them. They will try to upsell you when trying to exchange for the same device even if they're small scratches or so-called bubbles because they will tell you that this is the only one they get. You have a better chance of going straight to T-Mobile or the Apple Store and they will at least go above and beyond even though the manager said that they will not this is the first time I went through a private seller thinking that I could trust them because they are inside a mall. This place has a very bad reputation and I would just like to prevent anybody else from going through what I experience I normally would not have to go through this route. I am absolutely appalled at how they could run a business doing and explaining what they do.
