Terrible customer service. I normally always order online and every now and then I’ll get my coffee essentially half empty and when I call them out on it they tell me it comes like that and we can put more ice in it for you. But this isn’t why I’m leaving a review here. I’m leaving a review because of an online rewards order that appears to not be working. When I went to the store to activate it they told me it’s for mobile orders only, which by the way it says it can be redeemed in store or online. The rewards didn’t let me activate it so I asked if the manager could do it and gave her my phone so she could activate it, she couldn’t. Then she told me it looks like there’s a glitch and instructed me that if I have any rewards like that to always come in the store to activate it so I don’t run into that issue. Now the following day I come into the store to make an order and use my rewards and get greeted with a terrible attitude by the employee working, essentially screaming at me saying that this is for online orders only which again it specifies that the reward can be used in store or online. Than he goes on and tells it’s a glitch and what not. Even though the reward has a QR code that he scanned. This behavior isn’t acceptable. The manager is telling me to activate it in store and an employee is telling it’s only for online orders. This is the most convenient location to me but now I’m forced to go to a different place for my coffee to avoid this...

I’ve been coming to this particular location for a few weeks now. Somedays I come alone, some days I order drinks for my employees. When I order my drinks I ask for little ice or no ice at all, and it was never an issue. Dropping $7 to $15 in one visit, 5 days a week. These past three times barista Kabir (not sure how to spell his name I couldn’t really understand him due to the language barrier I apologize) made sure to add some snarky comments. “We don’t do this, I don’t make that, oh it’s you again” If you are not happy, and not willing to make your customers happy Kabir then you are in the wrong industry. All I wanted is a cup of coffee at the end of my work day. Wait there is more… The manager, was standing there and laughing!!! I couldn’t believe this lady… She was smiling, and didn’t say a word!!! Instead of helping resolving an issue she acted like I was the problem. And again, is you can’t make a drink with no/less ice just tell me! And I won’t ask again.
A very disappointing experience. Makes me truly sad because it was the highlight of my day. The cashier was super nice, but the other two… Dunkin Coffee is great, just not...
Read moreBeen frequenting this one because of work for the last month or so. Accuracy to the order tends to be hit or miss. Most of the time, it's spot on, and the workers even go the extra mile.
However, everything goes wrong when the manager (I think that's what she is) is in. I'm able to tell when she makes my morning coffee on first sip. Caramel Crazes with no caramel, whole milk being used when order says skim, cold brews with none of the syrups that were paid for, whip cream carelessly all over cups.
Worst part is that she always does all of it with a scowl, doing everything herself as though her team isn't there ready to help if she just asks. She even has a habit of snapping at customers who complain about their orders not being correct.
I get that it's a busy store, but if you're seeing every customer as a problem, it's not the customer. I've been a manager before, and this lack of QC from the manager herself is just...
