So I ordered through the papa johns AP with a total of $35. Right after I placed my order I ordered again adding $17 worth of food. Directly after placing my orders I called the location to let them know all I wanted to do is add to my order, and that they were being delivered to the same person. All I wanted was for the receipts to be combined because I saw I was being charged for two delivery fees.. The receptionist over the phone was very nice in trying to help me.. but needed permission from the manager on duty to remove the fee. The manager started screaming to the person taking orders over the phone.. (at least put the customer ON HOLD) After misundstanding my intentions the manager grabbed the phone and asked me what I needed to be done. Just like that! I explained my situation and he refused to remove the fee. He said because I placed the order online, I have to pay both fees. Doesn't Papa Johns encourage online orders because they're more accurate and convenient for the customer? Talk about bad customer service. This guy shouldn't be working somewhere that doesn't make him happy. He will never make the business grow with this behavior. After being consulted with my family, this seems like the place where people spit in your food when you get on their bad side. I wasn't having that. (All within about 5-10 minutes) I called back and the same manager answered with the same bad attitude... I canceled my order with him and he kept insisting the order was on its way already! How is that possible? I ordered at least $50 of food!!! Why is this manager mad because we wanted more business from him? I repeatedly told him I didn't care because his service was horrible and either way I was paying cash so he had no choice. He hung up the phone without any remorse. I've worked in restaurants for about 6 years and this isn't a behavior that I would tolerate from someone running my business. After hanging up on him, I begged the neighboring Papa Johns to deliver for me even if that meant paying more and tipping more! The receptionist told me that they always get customers telling them about their bad experiences from this location. Her manager insisted to give me a discount for the bad service of this location. Moral of the story, if you want a bad attitude and maybe spit in your food.. order from this...

I asked the driver to just bring the drinks that had been paid for on his next trip out from the store. Waited an hour and a half- nothing. Called the store, requested a refund and we had a show to catch and had to go ahead and order from somewhere that could get food to us so we could have dinner before we left. Called and kindly explained to the store just to refund the order since the driver never came back. Associate transferred me to the assistant manager whose first words were “what’s your problem?” I explained again that I understood the driver forgot the drinks and had told him just to bring them on his next trip out but after an hour and a half we ordered another meal since we needed to leave. Never an apology, never an offer to fix it. Nope. People make mistakes, that is no big deal, but customers service was awful and I was treated as the problem for wanting the meal I paid for. Best I got, since we typically order weekly was that they would send me a “free” drink next time. He told me my correct total yet once delievery came in, I noticed on my mobile app that I was charged extra for my order! Called location again and told me I had to call another day and the guy hungup! I called back and then was told that the manager wasn't there & he would call me back. Three days later...NOTHING! Called today and spoke to the "manager" and was told I would have to repay my order or cancel the whole transaction. Thing with that the bank won't allow it unless it wasn't me who paid.
