Absolutely livid with this experience. Placed an order on the app, it did not go through. Placed a 2nd order on the app and got confirmation. Arrived at the store, they stated they did not receive the order. The employee stood there and argued with me. I tried to place an order in the store and my card was declined. Tried a 2nd card and that card was denied. At this point, I knew it was there system. I showed them my two emails that showed the order went through and was duplicated...each one was $13.98. The worker again said he didn't get the order. Then I screenshotted my bank account showing 2 separate charges for the same amount. 52 MINUTES...THAT'S HOW LONG I WAITED FOR SOMETHING TO BE DONE!!! The said they couldn't cancel my order and they said they couldn't refund my money. I told him I wanted my 2 smoothies and HE CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!! While I was there, a Door Dash driver came in to pick up an order and experienced the same problem. At this point, the employee said it was their system and they were "offline". He called the manager or owner (not sure) and he came in. STILL didn't get my money back but he wrote in the back of my receipt that if the charges fully went through, he would reimburse me if I came back in to the store. Not only do they owe me $28, but he charged me for my 2 smoothies when the right customer service action should've been to give them for free....

Atleast not until they're meeting their companies own food standards. Spoiled fruit gave me food poisoning for a whole week and I puked just about every day of it. Maybe only two workers were wearing their masks too. And I didnt notice at first, My mother also got sick from the pinapple mango smoothie but not as bad as me because she didnt drink it all (she didnt trust it because nobody wore their mask). I felt like I was dying no joke, I couldnt keep even liquids down without puking. I was on the toilet for ages too, I lost so much weight and I was so INSANELY weak. From a SMOOTHIE.This place gave me hell, and I'm a first time customer and last. Just make your smoothies at home and save yourself $7. And this is from someone who worked at Starbucks for years and loved being a barista, I dont know how a juice bar can have no control over their product...
Read moreWent into this location and was absolutely shocked at how the two workers here acted. My wife came out of this location shocked and embarrassed due to employees Sophie and kelly. She was picking up an order and due to her having an accent (she's Scottish and speaks only English) the girls whispered and laughed at her infront of her face. She could hear them plainly as this was in front of her face! Then as she was walking out of the store she heard one of the girls loudly say " I have NEVER heard and accent like THAT!"whilst they laughed even more.
