Haagen-Dazs Dessert Cafe' — Restaurant in Vail

We have always been going to this Hagen dazs and there has never been a problem. However, yesterday I took my kids to get smoothies and ice cream and we had a horrible experience. The attendant named Taylor treated everyone very rudely and several customers walked out after his rude behavior. My daughter ordered a smoothie and he made it wrong from the start. We asked him if he could change it and he said Yes at first. After trying 2 more times to make the smoothie (each time putting in the wrong ingredients) he got very aggressive and said he had made it correctly the first time. He started yelling he was not born in Hagen Dazs and therefore did not need to know how to make it. In the end, he refused to let us talk to the manager or owner, and he started asking us to leave without making the correct smoothie or giving us the money back. He said, “since I do not know how to give you your money back, I think you should just leave!” I started to videotape the experience and when he say I was vídeo tapping him, he got money from the tip jar and said just leave. We are always going to buy my mother and I from that ice cream shop and we have been go there for 7 years, however there is a very rude worker with painted eyebrows (to be specific) who is giving us a bad service, we asked for a small cup with two balls of snow and gave me two cups with a flavor of what I ordered, then in a good way I told her that I had only ordered a cup with two flavors and she got angry and when she gave me the cup she handed it to me in a very bad way as if I would winnow it, I did not tell her anything because I am patient but it is not the first time that it has happened, also my cousin and I went to buy snow and she gave us a bad service because he ordered a cone and then she no longer asked me what else he wanted So when she went to the register to charge me, my cousin told him that he also wanted some Ice Cream and she went all angry to attend to my cousin and make his Ice Cream and as I said she gave it to him in a bad way and with a pout, I think They must have order there since it is a tourist place where they go for a walk in the mountains or to ski and they should be given a good treatment to...

TERRIBLE SERVICE.

We jumped through hoops to get there before closing time and got there with 20 minutes to spare.

The person behind the counter was visibly upset when he saw us walk in. While serving other customers, he kept bullying his co-worker (who was a really nice guy). He yelled at my group, "what do you want" we told him we were still deciding and he walked away. Then he came back to serve my ice cream; (the other attendant had served the rest of my group), he threw/slid the cup at me. I let it go so I would not ruin the night for my group.

About 20 minutes after we walked (still within the posted closing time, another couple walked in and the same employee and the guy got into a shouting match; the customer won and in two languages.
