Pazzo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Vail

We came from Mt Evans and came to Vail. We were very excited to eat dinner in vail village. We decide to dine in Pazzo pizza. We were party of 8 and we were seated in the corner round table in tight area. One of the kid who was drinking water ended up spitting it on the table and under it. We tried our best to clean the table and seats but under table was Ofcourse impossible. We requested our server to change our table as other kids refused to sit on the table . 1st of all the server was extremely rude and cold she straight away refused to change our table , she was very cold hearted towards the kid instead of being empathetic . She kept arguing that this is other serve side and would not let us sit on the other table. The restaurant was empty so there was no reason for them not to let us sit on other table. We spoke to the manager who allowed us to sit on néw table only if we cleaned the table we were sitting even under the table. The server came and kept passing rude comments that this is not nice of us to use other server side . We kept apologizing but she kept saying that’s not nice and was rolling eyes. The person who came to clean also made faces and threatened to throw away our umbrellas as they were still left on the table .

The pizza was good but I’m sorry the service was terrible . I have never seen such rude and unprofessional staff in a restaurant. They need to be nice to people who come to have a nice meal.

PS : the gratuity is already included , THEY DONT LABEL IT BUT ITS...

The pizza was nice. The reason for 2 stars is because of the staff. My family and I were asked to place an order by a staff member. After deciding upon the order we waited for someone to take it. After a long wait we decided to go inside and place it at the open kitchen register. We ordered our pizza and paid for it along with a nice tip. When we asked for a table they said that they assumed the order was for to go. We said no we never asked it for to go as it was super cold and windy outside. The staff member instructed another server to get us seated. She told us to wait outside till they arranged a table. Note that there were atleast 15 tables inside and only 2 were full. When we came outside, the same server told us that sorry you have to take your pizzas and couldn’t be seated. When asked why, she said it’s for to go. After telling her that we never ordered for to go, she said sorry but we couldn’t be seated. The reason behind it was as we had already tipped at the counter when we were asked to pay she thought since there wasn’t any tip to be made so why seat us. This attitude was super bad. I wish this restaurant would also concentrate on its customer service rather than just food as people pay high prices for the service not...

Sad to have to do this. My family and I were at Pazzo's in Vail on Thursday 6/16/2022, and our bill was $60 and some change, I paid via Debit Card and tipped what I thought was enough for a poor service, the next day on 6/17, my bank send me an alert, that the Pazzo's Pizzeria, took an extra $10 of my account, basically added a 1 before my gratuity and instead of getting what i felt was fair for bad service, they took an extra $10. Our waiter was Carlos from Peru. Now, if this was a great service and if the waiter was a professional or courteous, I wouldn't say a word, it's $10, but this was a poor and slow service, which BTW I wasn't going to review, but now that they stole from me, I want you all to be aware. My guess is Carlos figured he'd never see me again, but we actually visit Vail quite a bit every year, since we live 2 hours from Vail.

If you must eat here, pay cash, and do NOT use your Credit or Debit card, as they will do the same to you. I plan on calling local authorities, and the restaurant owner, to discuss this terrible experience, just a shame what people will do nowadays. SUCH A SHAME, I WILL NEVER...
