I would like to add to Ananda Ford's review here as the recipient of this $4500 coat. I'd love to also include Lindsay Sheheen's extremely thoughtless and rude email response but unfortunately, it is listed as "privileged and confidential", go figure. In many years of being a consumer of some of the finer things, never have I ever experienced a high end reputable company with a strict return policy where they aren't absolutely certain to make it beyond transparent verbally and in some situations written until this insanely terrible experience. What kind of quality boutique with actual care and concern for their customers actually attempts to HIDE IT? MONCLER VAIL, that's who!!!!!! Not only did Moncler highly encourage the wearing of the coat out of their store, but the sales person IMMEDIATELY CUT THE TAGS OFF AND THREW THEM AWAY!!!!!!! We were never given the opportunity to, "go ahead and wear it around the house for a bit and make sure you absolutely love it before you take off the tags"because again, they stole that opportunity from us. They treated this sale as if we were shopping at a sporting goods store of some sorts, so unprofessional and classless to say the least. In hindsight, we realize this was their way of "sealing the deal" as Moncler was intentionally non transparent with any part of this transaction. Moncler of Vail absolutely did not care if we would be satisfied with the purchase, the only thing they cared about was the sale itself which tells me this particular store is hurting and absolutely desperate for a sale. Zero integrity whatsoever, what a complete embarrassment to this establishment. If you love Moncler products and must have something of theirs, I implore you to purchase online as their policies are a bit better than in the individually owned shops. By all means though, use the hell out of this shop to see it and try it on in person though. I just personally don't recommend supporting a business who has...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I purchased a coat from this store on 11/24 for my girlfriend and she doesn’t like the fit. I tried calling the store for over 3 weeks to not get an answer and I was unable to leave a voicemail. I then reached out to Moncler corporate and they said that this store doesn’t answer their phones and that they would email the store. They also stated that had I ordered online that I could return the coat for full refund but due to buying at the store I could only be issued a store credit. Well, today I got an email from the store manager stating that I had zero recourse because the store employee cut the tags off and my girlfriend wore the jacket out of the store (straight to our hotel room and then never wore it again). This is the worst customer service for one of many high-end stores that we shop at. I’m appalled at how disingenuous and unprofessional the store manager, Lindsay Sheheen has treated a customer. I highly recommend not shopping at this particular store. Try on here & then BUY ONLINE!!!

Read moreI'd like to start by saying that we have been to multiple locations and have loved our experience every time. From the service to the apparel, yall stand out above the rest. This was above and beyond this time around. Steve was absolutely amazing and made our experience phenomenal. I truly think we were at the store for over an hour. He kept finding stuff from the back that he thought would curate our styles and hit the nail on the head every time. We even got some sick stuff for our pups. I can't wait to come back to be honest. Agustina was a great help as well and such a sweetheart. Whatever yall are doing in here, replicate it and spread it around... And give Steve his own store at cherry creek mall or anywhere in denver if you want us to go...
